What you will do.
ATS technicians are trained to provide quality maintenance on our growing fleet
of over-the-road trucks and trailers. You'll perform a variety of work
including, inspecting, diagnosing, replacing and repairing brake systems ABS,
electrical components, steering systems, multi-axle alignments, hydraulic
systems, welding/fabrication of steel and aluminum and related equipment. You'll
work independently while being part of a great team!

Summary
The Trailer Technician Level 3 is responsible for the inspection, service,
repair and preventative maintenance of the various types of ATS owned trailers
by using ATS and industry standard methods and criteria to ensure the trailer is
safe to be on the road. Functions of this position include: inspecting,
diagnosing, replacing and repairing brake systems ABS, electrical components,
steering systems, multi-axle alignments, hydraulic systems, welding /
fabrication of steel and aluminum and related equipment
Education and Experience
1. Two year AAS Degree in medium/heavy truck diesel program and/or a minimum 1
to 3 years of equivalent experience in related field e.g., automotive,
medium/heavy equipment, trailer repair, etc. and experience in cutting and
welding is preferred.
2. Good working Knowledge of DOT regulations and Out of Service parameters for
tractors, trailers and accessorial equipment.
3. Good working knowledge of trailer maintenance and diagnostic software.
4. A valid driver's license, Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferred
but not required.
5. Must be able to operate all related shop equipment.
6. Must be DOT certified and forklift certified, or able to demonstrate through
on the job inspections and certified by the ATS trainer within 90 days of hire
if work experience is applicable.
7. Good communications skills (written, verbal, listening).
8. An understanding of basic computer operations.
9. Good decision-making, problem-solving, attention to detail and customer
service skills (internal/external).
10. Competent in using computers including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and
Outlook).
11. Basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
12. Ability to read installation manuals and understand manufacturer training.
13. Working knowledge of proper procedures for handling and disposal of
hazardous waste materials.
Level 2 have in addition to above

5+ years of equivalent experience in related field e.g., automotive,

2. ASE Certifications T4, T8 is required within 1 year of hire date.
Must have 4+ years of experience MIG/Aluminum Welding
3.Advanced electrical troubleshooting skills
4. Advanced knowledge of Hydraulic systems and wireless steer systems. Can
diagnosis on both Tridec and Lodar systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Perform inspections on incoming (Safety Lane) and outgoing company owned
trailers using ATS, DOT, and OSHA guidelines to ensure the trailer is operating
safely and efficiently.
2. Complete DOT inspections on outgoing trailers to verify that all necessary
repairs have been made.
3. Ensure safety procedures are implemented and followed and PPE is used at all
times.
4. Move tractors and trailers in and out of the shop for maintenance.
5. Inspects and perform all minor and major trailer maintenance including
welding, tire replacement, pressure checks, brakes, lights, and safety equipment
and submits reports indicating condition of equipment.
6. Weld metal to repair parts or fabricate replacement parts.
7. Open repair orders and charge out all parts used on trucks and trailers.
8. Participate in online OEM training.
9. Remain technically proficient in all areas of the shop including trailer,
tire, and basic parts.
10. Utilize appropriate resources, such as the parts manual and computer,
service bulletins and other resources to research problems, determine most
effective and efficient method for repair.
11. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and take appropriate
actions, recommend process changes, and initiate improvements.
12. Be a positive role model for all team members providing support and
enthusiasm - creating a professional, positive work environment.
13. Performs shop clean-up and housekeeping responsibilities as well as other
miscellaneous related duties as assigned.
14. Must furnish basic tools and ATS will provide specialty tools to perform
functions of the position.
15. Meet all ATS and department objectives and deadlines.
16. Follow all ATS and department policies and procedures.
17. Works within budget that is set for the department.

Compensation & Benefits:
The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $22.00 -
$37.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for a $2000.00 sign-on bonus,
subject to eligibility requirements. Hourly pay rate offered is determined by
relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as
compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the hourly
rate of pay, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which

As a Deburring Technichian, you will rotate through various tasks, including assembly, deburring, polishing, washing, and tumbling. What You'll Do

Job Description
Receive specimens for testing; evaluate specimens and test orders;
determine priority of work and batches to maintain acceptable
turn-around-time; recognize unacceptable and unusual specimens and
handle appropriately.
Perform confirmatory testing on client samples, quality control samples and
proficiency samples making measurements and calculations.
Evaluate raw and final data for accuracy; recognize and correct errors and
unusual results; interpret results to produce a final report.
Maintain, calibrate, and clean instrumentation; perform scheduled and as
needed maintenance and critical function checks recognizing
significant changes in instrument function; trouble shoot as
indicated.
Follow quality control rules; monitor controls for error detection and
take corrective action; maintain laboratory records, maintenance
logs, quality control charts, reagent and standard logs, and
worksheets.
Participate in the instruction and training of others; demonstrate and/or
explain the testing process to others or observe the testing process
as performed by others.
Duration:3-6 months
Shift time: Tue-Sat-6am-2.30pm
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science or medical technology. Fresh graduates can also apply.

The Role

As a Cultivation Technician you will provide the expert care and maintenance needed to grow healthy, strong cannabis plants, and be responsible for all aspects of plant growth. Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated, positive individual who can think of no better way to spend the workday than potting, pruning, and tending to the health of our cannabis plants with the utmost care and precision. Cannabis is a heavily regulated industry; therefore, all employees are required to follow safety and compliance regulations.
Shifts: either Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday full-time day shifts available
Essential Functions
Plant Life
Topping plants
Bottoming plants
Transplanting & Defoliating
Tending to grow types of media
Scouting for disease or potential insects
Training plants
Adhere to national grow model and standards
Harvest: (smaller cites)
Prepare room for harvest
Harvest/ take down plants
Defoliate and break plants into smaller pieces
Hang plants on dry rack
Clean both dry and flower rooms in between harvests
Sanitation:
Sweeping, mopping and all other required cleaning
Cleaning of the plant housing devices
Maintenance and cleaning of the plant tables
Maintenance of the plant pots
Reporting any issues to management to ensure a timely fix
Safety & Compliance
Be aware of hazards in the workspace
Retain and understand department specific training
Report safety incidents/ concerns and comply with follow-up actions
Be compliant with area safety requirements, state regulations and PPE requirements
Follow GMP, biosecurity, sanitation or other quality and compliance requirements
Perform record keeping accurately and completely as directed by a lead or supervisor
Maintain and calibrate tools, equipment and machinery as directed by a lead or supervisor
Report and escalate safety & quality concerns
Working Conditions
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform reaching, grasping, bending, stooping, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions
Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time while maintaining focus
Must be able to lift, carry, and balance up to 50 pounds AND must be able to do so with extreme care and caution when working with product
Must be able to work in an environment that is 85+ degrees and 70% humidity for extended periods
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
Must be able and willing to work at heights 6ft-8ft high using catwalk platforms, ladders, platform ladders, and scaffolds.
Work involves daily exposure to allergens (such as cannabis, tree nuts, and coconut oil).
Qualifications
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; Associate degree or certifications preferred
Prior cannabis experience not required.
Additional Requirements
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
Must possess valid state ID
Must be able to obtain, and maintain, state badging requirements in order to work in in cannabis industry (requires background check and state review)
The pay range is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and/or location of the role. Positions may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.

As a Trailer Technician you will be tasked with repairs of open deck heavy haul, material hauling, special mobile equipment trailers, step decks, and any other trailers involved with a typical road building company. The technician will repair trailers as directed by Service Manager.
Requirements:
Current DOT/CMV Inspector certificate or ability to obtain
A minimum of 3 years experience as a technician/mechanic.
In-depth knowledge of vehicle systems, such as air brakes, and electrical systems.
Exceptional understanding of mechanical and technical aspects of trailers.
Welding experience a plus.
Manual dexterity, experience with hand tools, and physical strength.
Regular, consistent attendance.
Valid Driver's License, preferably Class A.
Acceptable motor vehicle record.
Ability to work cooperatively with others.
Physical strength and endurance to perform all principal duties and responsibilities.
Basic tool set and toolbox.

Responsibilities
Working in the Pipeline Integrity Services group, a range of technical and operational assignments will be conducted relating to pipeline field examination, analysis, review, and reporting of pipeline inspection data, ultimately supporting our customers' pipeline integrity management programs. Approximately 90% of this role will be spent in the field, field office, and traveling across the US. 10% of time will be spent at the home division location. The PLI Technician will work independently for extended periods in remote areas.
Adherence to Acuren and customer required procedures and specifications, including reports
Perform direct assessment of as-found pipe condition, including coating assessment, soils and topography, and cathodic protection
Perform direct examination to assess pipe for cracks, corrosion, deformation, and manufacturing anomalies
Correlate as-found pipe features to Inline Inspection (ILI) log
Conduct fit-for-service evaluations as per ASME B31.3 and RSTRENG
Conduct hazard assessments prior to beginning work and follow safe work procedures
Calibration and set up of NDE equipment
Provide clients with quality services in a timely manner
Follow regulatory requirements, work to codes, procedures, and techniques
Be responsible for the custody, care and correct use of valuable technical equipment, tools, machinery, publications, materials, job items, vehicles, and other assets
Understanding of Pipeline Integrity processes, techniques, and procedures
Compose and write pipeline integrity inspection reports, including assisting other pipeline integrity technicians with reporting
Maintaining metrics on reporting, costs, productivity, and priority digs
Updating pipeline integrity databases and managing FTP sites
Attending operational meetings with customer engineers and project engineers/managers
Assist with dig package and cost estimating
Responsible for on-the-job training and guidance of PLI Assistants and PLI Junior Technicians
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have required QA documentation (proof of classroom hours & proof of experience hours)
Some college preferred
Technical background desired
Experience working with pipeline integrity or pipeline maintenance positions
Extensive knowledge of quality and safety requirements
Candidate must have current and valid Magnetic Particle Testing Level 2 and Ultrasonic Thickness Level 2
