Responsibilities:
Perform on-site preventative maintenance, repairs, and modernizations on electric overhead traveling cranes
Spend time consulting with customers on repair and safety related issues
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and breakdowns.
Generate sales leads during service calls
Accurately and neatly document on the service report for the work performed.
New crane wiring, assembly, installation, and start-up.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Travel may be required. Work vehicle provided.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong knowledge of AC/DC theory, as well as the ability to troubleshoot 480VAC 3 phase motor control systems. A.A. degree or Equivalent vocational-training or experience is preferred.
A minimum of 2-year hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance
Aptitude for both electrical and mechanical environments as well as familiarity with mechanical and electrical equipment
Willingness to work overtime
Possession of a valid driver's license with good driving record
Must pass drug-screen and background check
Strong communication skills
Proven commitment to safety
Comfort with working at heights
Experience in Variable Frequency drives and PLC programming a plus
Crane maintenance experience a plus.

Job Description:
A TTT assists in building each tower job as defined by the client's scope of work and construction drawings under the direction of the Tower Crew Leader. This encompasses, but is not limited to, loading, and unloading all job materials, maintaining all tools, trucks and equipment used by the tower crew, understanding the scope of work, working at heights, and constructing the project per specifications in a timely manner.
KERA's - Key Essential Responsibility Areas for this position:
Tower Construction Operations
Take direction from the Crew Leader to build the job following the scope of work/construction drawings.
Travel locally, statewide, and out of state. Overnight travel is often required based on tower location and scope of work.
Begin preparations for next job.
Quality Control and Closeouts
Review the scope of work and construction drawings with the Crew Leader.
Assist in verifying that all materials for the project are taken to the job site.
Verify that all the tools, equipment and stocked supplies on your trailer are available and in working order.
Report any deviations from the scope of work/construction drawings to the Crew Leader.
Take pictures of final work and provide all turnover documentation to Murphy Tower Project Manager.
Vehicle/Fleet
Check the oil & fluids of each truck & inspect each job trailer(s) and each piece of equipment in your charge before use.
Clean out truck(s) & trailer(s) after each job and put materials and equipment away.
Safety Awareness
Inspect all PFAS (personal fall arrest systems) prior to climbing.
Report any safety concerns to the Crew Leader and/or Safety Coordinator.
Attend a daily tailgate meeting to address daily tasks and safety issues.
Other Duties as Assigned
Cleaning
Equipment inventory/maintenance
Assumes other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
Requirements - Employees will need to be able to perform the following:Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to climb up a 300 feet tower routinely, with gear, and safely complete tasks.
Ability to travel up to 50% of time, with typical overnight stays lasting Monday - Friday, sometimes longer (infrequently), and work/stay out of state.
Ability to follow instructions/protocols/processes.
Familiarity with proper truck/trailer/equipment maintenance.
Strong organizational skills and construction related aptitude including ability to interpret construction drawings.
Strong commitment to safety.
Educational Development:
Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent

Centerline Communications, LLC is seeking an experienced Cell Tower Foreman with Samsung Viearo experience to support a market expansion in the Nebraska region. The Cell Tower Foreman will be responsible for the supervision and performance of various construction tasks in the areas of tower erection, coaxial cable and antenna installation, antenna mount installation, RF testing and troubleshooting. This position is for candidates with extensive experience in cellular construction. The Foreman will be required to closely supervise and assist with the construction and testing of cell sites. The ideal candidate will need to be able to lead experienced technicians, as well as train new technicians, while maintaining safe productive job sites. Ability to lead crews, extensive experience with construction, testing, and troubleshooting/maintenance are a must.
*Regional candidates preferred. Consideration will be given for individuals willing to relocate, however no relocation assistance will be provided.
What Will You Do
Planning daily activities for crew and assigning tasks as required.
Experienced with the installation and maintenance of microwave equipment.
Monitoring crew activities and ensuring all safety policies are being followed.
Installation and maintenance of mounts, platforms, antennas, RRU's, TMA, and other related equipment on towers, rooftops, and other structures to expand and upgrade cellular networks.
Installation and maintenance of coaxial and DC power/fiber optic transmission lines.
Testing of new and existing equipment. May include sweep, PIM, or fiber testing.
Installation of ice bridges, cable trays, equipment pads, racks, and platforms.
Installation of underground and in building conduits for electrical and back haul circuits.
Other duties as required.
What You Will Need
Must be local to Nebraska region. Experience with Samsung Viearo preferred.
Ability to manage a small crew and maintain a safe productive work environment.
Excellent physical conditioning and stamina.
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions; including but not limited to snow, rain and varying temperatures.
Observe all company procedures and safety rules.

High School Diploma
Minimum 5 years' experience in cellular construction (2 as a lead)
Valid driver's license
Must be able to pass a DOT Physical
Basic computer skills required for equipment programing and site closeouts
Sweep & PIM testing certifications (practical knowledge/skill test may be performed during interview)
Fiber testing certification
Competent Tower Climber and Rescuer Certification (does not need to be current, Centerline will re-certify, previous experience as an instructor is a bonus)
First Aid & CPR (Centerline will re-certify if required)
NWSA TTT1 & TTT2 certification not required but is a bonus

Work Environment
