Each employee is factory trained by their manufacturers to ensure that every unit is installed, maintained, and repaired in accordance with the manufacturers' guidelines. Now, due to growth they are looking for a Cooling Tower Technician to join their team to service the NJ/NYC area. This position will require the diagnoses, repairs and performing work on a various cooling tower systems where manufacturers training will be provided as mentioned above. Our client is looking for candidates who have a mechanical aptitude and desire to grow their careers in the industry. Responsibilities: Maintain an organized, clean truck, and gang box. Work in a crew to achieve daily job tasks. Communicate with office/project management teams on daily progress of projects. Conduct routine maintenance of cooling towers; cleaning, greasing bearings, changing oil. Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair faulty components within cooling tower. Install new cooling towers and equipment according to manufacturer's specs. Assesses, diagnoses, implements required repairs. Procures all material in a timely manner to meet service level agreements for scheduled completion dates. Responds immediately to emergency situations and management concerns.
