Position Summary:
The L2 Support Engineer will work with both the Service Desk and Engineering team to provide network technical support for a variety of client environments, assist with the surveying and onboarding of new clients, resolve technical issues, perform routine maintenance, and ensure system availability. The L2 Tech Support Engineer / Field Support Engineer will handle incoming support requests and escalations, troubleshoot problems remotely or onsite, assist with onboarding projects, and collaborate with senior engineers on more complex technical issues and projects. This role is client-facing, requiring excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
Provide first and second-level support for client systems, including desktops, servers, backup solution troubleshooting, and network infrastructure.
Respond to support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and resolve them in a timely manner.
Become escalation point for Service Desk for complex issues and networking problems.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior engineers as needed.
Monitor client systems proactively using Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools.
Client Communication:
Serve as the point of contact for clients, ensuring they are kept informed of issue resolution progress.
Explain technical issues in clear, non-technical language to clients and stakeholders.
Manage client expectations by providing realistic timelines for issue resolution.
System Maintenance and Monitoring:
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching, backups, and system health checks.
Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and take preventive actions to avoid service disruptions.
Assist with the implementation of security protocols, including antivirus, firewalls, and data encryption.
Ensure all systems have the appropriate reporting and that alerting is working as intended.
Check to ensure all systems are following best practices.
Documentation and Reporting:
Document all support interactions and troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system.
Maintain accurate records of system configurations, changes, and incidents.
Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and support documentation.
Onsite and Remote Support:
Provide both remote and onsite support (when applicable) as required by the client's service level agreement (SLA).
Assist with hardware installations, system configurations, firmware upgrades, and software upgrades on client premises.
Collaboration and Escalation:
Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex issues.
Provide root cause analysis for recurring problems/issues.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Security and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with client security policies and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
Implement security patches, configure networking devices, and enforce security protocols as part of regular maintenance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in technical support, preferably within an MSP environment.
Strong knowledge of Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Windows/Mac OS environments.
Strong knowledge of network fundamentals and configurations (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and troubleshooting network issues.
Familiarity with RMM and PSA tools such as, ConnectWise or NinjaOne.
Ability to work with cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues across a range of technologies while providing root cause analysis.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Local travel to client on-sites is required.

Perform construction duties on a daily basis ensuring quality construction for expedited commercial deployment of services as directed by Superintendent and/or Tower Crew Lead.
What You Will Do - Primary Responsibilities
Perform tower construction activities including assembling/erecting towers, installing antennas, mounting hardware, installing coax and connectors, grounding, testing, positioning, and optimizing antennas and lines.
Read Plans, Site Plans and Tower Drawings.
Install, connect and test underground and above ground grounding systems.
Complete work in a timely and efficient manner by planning, prioritizing, and mobilizing staff, materials to meet schedule.
Ensure Tower Crew Lead is apprised of construction progress, concerns, and deviations from plans or established schedule.
Identify all materials and other resources needed to complete project.
Identify construction "punch list" of items to be remedied and ensure they are completed prior to customer's inspection.
Maintain and enforce all SBA and OSHA safety practices, perform daily job-site safety inspections on equipment prior to operation.

About the Role
We are looking for a Network Cabling Technician to support equipment installation, network setup, structured cabling, and onsite deployment activities. This role works closely with senior engineers to ensure clean, professional installations of customer network environments, including hardware setup, cable routing, testing, troubleshooting, and network administration support.
Key Responsibilities:
Cabling, Infrastructure & Physical Installation
Perform cable installation including Cat5e/6/6A runs, labeling, termination, and testing.
Install and manage fiber optic cable connections, ensuring proper handling, routing, and polishing/termination where required.
Complete racking and stacking of equipment including switches, firewalls, servers, patch panels, and related hardware.
Build and organize network racks, ensuring proper cable management, airflow, and accessibility.
Support voice over IP (VoIP) setups including handset installation, wiring, and testing.
Ensure all cabling meets industry standards and project specifications.
Network Installation & Administration
Assist with network installation, including mounting equipment, running cables, connecting devices, and validating connectivity.

Participate in customer deployments and provide onsite technical support.
Support & Troubleshooting
Provide Day 2 customer support for installed environments to ensure consistency and reliability.
Collaborate with the Help Desk on advanced technical issues related to networking, cabling, and equipment function.
Troubleshoot issues related to cabling, connectivity, hardware placement, VoIP, or device configuration.
Project Documentation & Coordination
Document all cabling, rack layouts, network changes, and installed equipment.
Attend customer meetings as needed to support project scoping and requirements gathering.
Coordinate with senior engineers to ensure solutions align with company standards before working with clients.
Team Collaboration & Training
Support junior technicians as needed on installation tasks and cabling best practices.
Pursue ongoing certifications and training.

Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in network cabling, infrastructure installation, or field technician roles.
Hands-on experience with:

We're seeking Cooling Tower Technicians to join a mechanical services team in Mountainside, New Jersey - 30 miles southwest of NYC. In this hands-on role, you'll perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and installations on cooling towers while working closely with a field crew each day. This is a long-term career opportunity with training, growth, and stability - ideal for mechanically inclined technicians of all skill levels.
Position Offers
Up to $30/hr, depending on experience. If your target pay is higher, we still encourage you to apply-we could request adjustments based on experience and market conditions.
State-certified 3-year apprenticeship + manufacturer training

What You'll Do
Maintain clean and organized tools, trucks, and gang boxes
Perform daily maintenance tasks including cleaning, greasing bearings, and oil changes
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair cooling tower mechanical systems
Install new equipment per manufacturer specifications
Work in a field crew to complete assigned work effectively and safely
Respond to emergency service needs as required
Adhere to all company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety standards
Maintain professional communication with team members and customers
Requirements
2-4 years mechanical/HVAC/plumbing experience or trade school equivalent
OSHA-30 required
Valid driver's license
Ability to read manuals, diagrams, procedures, and safety documentation
Ability to write basic service notes, reports, and job status updates
Strong mechanical aptitude - hand tools & power tools required
Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly, climb to 24 ft, kneel, crouch, crawl, and stand for extended periods
Comfortable working around moving mechanical equipment, heat, humidity, heights, and noise
Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, reporting apps)

Job Overview:
Assists nursing and surgical staff with direct patient care activities. Assumes responsibility for providing technical assistance in the environment of the operating room. Plans and evaluates care provided. Assists in the delivery of quality patient care through utilization of technical skills. Performs technical duties relating to scrub personnel, including smooth, precise, and efficient reaction to all situations, and assists with departmental work as assigned. Participates in staff, patient and/or family education to a degree consistent with personal knowledge base. Participates in unit PI activities. Knows the legal limitations relating to the role of operating room technician and acts accordingly.

The selected candidate will design, program,install, optimize, maintain, troubleshoot and repair two-way radio andassociated communications equipment & systems including dispatch consoles,PTP, networking, voice logging, and E911 communication equipment.
Responsibilities:
• Install, repair, and provide technical support for VHF/UHF/700/800/900 Analogand Digital systems including: Conventional, Simulcast, Trunking, DispatchConsoles, Paging infrastructure, PTP/microwave systems, antenna systems, powersystems, grounding systems, public address systems, networking, and subscribers(mobiles and portables).
• Install, prepare, run, terminate, and test coax and network cabling.

• Set up, configure, and use complex test equipment to align, maintain, andrepair systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex communication systems.

YOU might be the RIGHT candidate if YOU have:
• 3+ years of experience in the field of two-way radio communicationswith extensive knowledge and hands on experience with trunked systems.
