Analyze and comprehend technical manuals, schematics, drawings, procedures, and government regulations.
Repair and/or replace components of a diesel engine's hydraulics, AC system, Electrical and Suspension systems, drive trains, steering, material handling, and operator comfort systems.
Carry out all mid-level and/or advanced repairs to ensure that equipment is returned to full mechanical and technical operation and the customer's needs have been fulfilled. When finished, check equipment and work to verify accuracy and quality.
Perform periodic maintenance, as needed, by lubing, checking, and filling fluids, replacing proper pieces and parts to ensure equipment remains in optimal condition.
Keep customers updated on prices, unforeseen repairs and/or maintenance and time frames for each task being completed.
Use basic knowledge to operate power tools, hand tools, sotters, welders, forklifts, heavy machinery, cranes, and other potentially dangerous machinery in the proper manner, with caution and complying with all company and government procedures and regulations.
Receive tickets from the Service Manager and complete work in a timely manner with little supervision.
Document repairs, maintenance, and parts used to complete the job per company standards.
Communicate with the Service Manager and Parts department to retrieve or order the appropriate parts to complete a service ticket.
Maintain a clean work area.
At all times, this person will perform all tasks, duties, and procedures in a manner that is safe for themselves and others by adhering to company and government standards

Job Title: Residential Technician
Home Office: Heritage House (HH).
Area of Focus: Behavioral Health
Program(s): 830 - Supervised Residential: The Supervised Residential Program provides adults living with substantial levels of mental illness or disability with 24/7 services through recovery-oriented community residential facilities.
Position Summary: The Residential Tech/Advocate provides direct care and support to individuals residing in Arrowleaf's recovery-oriented community residential facilities. These individuals experience substantial psychiatric disabilities and meet medical necessity criteria as determined by the Illinois Department of Mental Health. This position plays a critical role in the delivery of structured, person-centered, 24/7 residential care that promotes recovery, safety, and independence. Staff in this role are required to remain awake and on-site during all scheduled shifts and will implement therapeutic interventions, skills training, and case management services consistent with Medicaid Rule 140 and Part 132 guidelines.

Residential Technician Minimum Qualifications : High School Diploma or equivalent. Qualifies as a Rehabilitative Services Associate (RSA); Mental Health Professional (MHP) is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred, qualifies as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) as defined in Illinois Administrative Code (Part 132). Prior experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs is strongly preferred.
Residential Technician Special Requirements: Maintain and provide proof of a valid driver's license; must have reliable transportation; maintain and provide proof of personal vehicle liability insurance; at least 21 years of age; must complete required registry clearances and criminal fingerprint background checks; maintains CPR & First Aid training requirements; ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as scheduled.
Residential Technician Skills & Competencies: Knowledge of behavioral health conditions and effective treatment strategies. Proficient in using de-escalation techniques and responding to crises. Strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to recovery-oriented and trauma-informed principles. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Residential Technician Working Conditions : This position requires being awake and on-site during all scheduled shifts. May involve exposure to challenging behaviors and situations involving mental health crises. Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 25 lbs., and assisting clients with physical needs.
Residential Technician job duties include, but not limited to
Provide 24-hour supervision and support in a safe, structured residential setting.
Deliver Medicaid-eligible behavioral health services, including community support and case management activities.
Implement individualized treatment plans through daily coaching, skill-building, behavioral interventions, and recovery-focused interactions.
Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, meal preparation, medication prompting, and community integration.
Document service delivery in compliance with Medicaid and agency standards using electronic health records.
Monitor, assess, and report client behaviors and symptoms to clinical staff to support individualized treatment planning.
Utilize de-escalation techniques and behavior management strategies to respond to psychiatric crises and maintain safety.
Support a trauma-informed, person-centered environment that encourages residents' engagement in recovery.
Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and ongoing training to maintain required credentials and competencies.
Maintain facility cleanliness, organization, and safety in compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.

About the Role
We are looking to add an ASIC Technician to our growing Operations department. As an ASIC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, deploying, diagnosing, (minor) repairs, and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring its optimal performance. Conduct additional troubleshooting methods on ASIC miners in support of research and development efforts.
Liaise with, and provide training and support to, staff and coworkers on ASIC operation and other issues.
Install networked peripheral devices and networking hardware products for ASIC miners.
Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex ASIC miner issues, and recommend and implement corrective hardware solutions.
Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of all ASIC miners, hash boards, control boards, and network switches.
Construct, install, and cable-manage server racks for ASIC miners.
Perform daily/weekly/monthly upkeep tasks such as air filter replacement and preventative maintenance for ASIC miners.
Requirements
