This role ensures equipment reliability, operational safety, and adherence to OEM standards in both field and shop environments. Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. Duties/ Responsibilities: • Perform scheduled maintenance (500-hour, 1000-hour, 2000-hour, etc.) on Manitowoc friction cranes and hydraulic cranes. • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues; determine root causes and corrective actions. • Maintain schedules for crane lubrication, service wire rope systems, boom hoist assemblies, undercarriage components, system pressure, flow, temperature, and fluid sampling programs. • Utilize mechanical and hydraulic schematics to pinpoint failures. • Report unsafe conditions, defects, or potential failures. • Troubleshoot load indication, limit switches, and control systems on friction and hydraulic cranes. • Conduct pre-operation inspections and assist operators with technical support. • Accurately complete service reports, inspection forms, and work orders. • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and supervisors • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and labor hours. • Communicate effectively with owners, inspectors, engineers, and company leadership. • Ensure all maintenance complies with Manitowoc OEM standards and OSHA regulations. • Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and consumables. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Position Overview: Performs electrochemical brush plating of customer-owned and sample parts for production, OEM, repair or refurbishment. Work is carried out in-house or at a customer's designated location. Hourly pay: starting at $18.50 and up based on level of plating experience What you will do * Performs plating work utilizing appropriate equipment and solutions as defined by the SIFCO Process. * Adheres to all specifications as detailed on customer purchase orders. * Assists Contract Service Manager in preparing accurate costs for the Quoting process * Works with Inside Sales to help resolve customer technical questions. * Designs and makes tooling and fixtures to facilitate efficient and effective plating. * Maintains equipment in working order, identifies items needing maintenance and repair. * Maintains work area to assure safe and clean work environment. * Follows all company policies, department procedures and job-specific work instructions. * Establishes and maintains positive and professional customer relations when interacting with customer representatives. * Travels as required to meet customer delivery expectations. Responsibilities This full-time exempt level positon is responsible for compliance with corporate, federal, and state safety policies. Develops training materials, conducts safety training, and new hire orientation. Conducts on site safety observations and inspections, audits and training needs assessments all while working in accordance with Allan Myers' policies, procedures, and programs. This position requires extensive travel/commute to and from field sites; work locations for assignments are subject to change. Conducts site observations for safety compliance and adheres to company policies. Assists Operations with pre-planning safety into all situations through risk-assessment, job hazard analysis, identifying hazards, and putting in place controls. Readies and provides training documentation and other materials to ensure worksites have required OSHA, MSHA, and DOT documentation in place (i.e. hazcom, rigging, cranes, excavation, scaffolds, etc.). Develops training materials for specific site hazards based on site visit needs assessments. Performs incident investigations. Develops and assists with site specific Toolbox Talks, Safety Flashes, and monthly training modules. Conducts Subcontractor Safe starts and assists worksites in overseeing subcontractor safety compliance and performance. Conducts, develops, and oversees all OSHA and MSHA inspections and related training. Conducts new hire orientation. Conducts post-accident drug screens. Attends Morning Huddles and participates in project planning meetings. Attends and participates in dynamic stretching at the work sites. Provides safety expertise to Project Team and in jobsite support. Where necessary, purchases safety equipment. Performs other duties as required or assigned.
