Additional Notes:
Position is in-person, field-based, requiring daily travel to customer sites in Roanoke, VA, and surrounding areas including Lynchburg, Christiansburg, Blacksburg, Salem, and Forest.
Daily responsibilities include repairing printers (primarily Fujifilm and Lexmark), replacing workstations, troubleshooting networks, and working on POS equipment.
Candidates must have access to a reliable motor vehicle and a valid driver's license.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime. On-call rotation every other week (24/7).
Preferred experience: 2+ years in a similar role; A+ certification is a plus but not required.
Compensation: $21.50/hour; mileage range 50-150 miles per day.
Candidates should reside within 30 miles of the job location.

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of field dispatch repair and hands-on hardware experience (printers, PCs, POS, etc.), break-fix, use of power tools (e.g., drills), and familiar with the ticketing system.
Lexmark certifications and experience.
Experience with Lexmark printer break-fix and equipment installs, and HP, Dell, and Lenovo.
Previous Field Service and/or Desktop, POS, printer Break/Fix experience
Excellent technical troubleshooting and customer service skills
Reliable transportation and clean driving record required (This is a driving position - reimbursed accordingly)
Active driver's license.
What You Will Be Doing
Driving to client sites and providing general IT support to multiple customers (retailers, banks, etc.)
Running break-fix and IMAC calls, and supporting clients, the level of support will vary depending on the customer, but do expect printer, laptop, server, network, and other technology devices.

Job Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Trailer Technician include, but are not limited to:
In our busy season (April through October) route drivers are required to work overtime as necessary to complete routes on designated days.
Be available and on-call at any time to deliver, repair, or take care of a restroom trailer related issue.
Discuss any questions or problems on routes with supervisor or dispatcher daily.
All assigned work will be done on the designated day and in the order assigned. All changes must be discussed with the supervisor before a change is made.
This position requires that the employee be quality and customer service oriented.
The trailer technician must have a cell phone to communicate problems on routes immediately to the dispatcher or a route supervisor before going on to the next stop. They must also use our app to complete each stop. All problems must be noted on the app in their daily route log.
The trailer technician must check their company vehicle before the start of each day to make sure the truck is serviced properly and that it has all of the necessary equipment to complete the route. In addition, before leaving the company lot, the driver must check the truck in accordance with Department of Transportation and company safety regulations.
The driver is responsible for fueling the truck and to prepare the truck at the end of the route so that it is ready for the next day's work.
The driver must fill out a daily truck inspection report daily.
Drivers are responsible for wearing the uniforms or clothing the company provides and to maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
Responsible for any additional duties as assigned by management.
Work Environment
Work is primarily performed outside in varying and extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time where employees are exposed to excessively loud noises from construction equipment, human debris, drug paraphernalia, and heavy equipment. Physical effort is required to perform heavy manual labor in uncomfortable conditions, climb ladders, bend, reach, and stand for long periods of time. Occasional exposure to slippery and/or uneven surfaces. Subject to 24-hour call back for emergency conditions. Appropriate training and safety equipment will be provided for all conditions.
Normal business hours are 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Weekend work is scheduled as needed.

CUI Cable is seeking a skilled and dedicated Cable Technician to join our team. As a Cable Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional installation, relocation, troubleshooting, and auditing services for internet, cable, telephone, and alarm systems at our customers' premises. Cable experience is a requirement for this position, and we will provide you with a work truck to carry out your duties effectively.
Responsibilities:
Perform installations, relocations, troubleshooting, and audits of internet, cable, telephone, and alarm services at customer premises.
Adhere to company installation policies to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Operate and maintain tools and equipment properly, organizing and stocking the company vehicle with necessary equipment to fulfill job requirements.
Prepare and maintain accurate time logs, reports, and related documentation in accordance with company and departmental policies.
Requirements:
Proficiency in using basic broadband installation tools and hand tools.
Ability to lift objects weighing up to 80 lbs., work at heights up to 30 ft., and in confined spaces, including attics.
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, adapting to different environments as necessary.
Possession of a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
Successful completion of thorough background checks and drug screenings.
Flexibility in work schedule, including availability to work weekends.
Minimum age requirement of 23 years or older.

The Role
Provides support to the Fertigation Department to ensure the activities and operations of the Grow Department, while abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines.
Essential functions:
Follow all operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing duties
Conduct temperature monitoring, dissolved oxygen monitoring, and mixing concentration tanks
Participate in ECA PPM tests for fertigation tanks and Flower rooms, testing and maintenance ECA skid concentrations, and testing of nutrient concentrations as assigned
Complete daily checks to monitor assets and troubleshoot issues as needed
Track daily water usage, monitor water softener, and function as a subject matter expert on all fertigation equipment as assigned
Monitor and stock nutrients and appropriate chemicals
Cleaning of work area (dusting tanks, plumbing, mopping, etc.) to ensure compliance
Stocking of nutrients and monitoring nutrient stock levels in the storehouse
Document all activities, inspections, and test results accurately and submit reports as required
Perform preventative maintenance on fertigation systems, including cleaning filters and calibrating equipment
Capable of navigating user interface on all pumps
Complete leak audits (i.e., checking of all PVC unions and couplings for leaks)
Working with facilities and maintenance on problems, issues, and PMs
Assist with the implementation of new systems or upgrades to improve efficiency and compliance
Maintain open communication with management team and co-workers
Report employee issues or product situations through appropriate escalation protocol
Abide by GTI and grow department's safety policies and procedures
Working Conditions
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform reaching, grasping, bending, stooping, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions
Must be able to repetitively climb ladders and/or stairs and work from elevated platforms
