What We Offer * Competitive salary based on experience * Career development opportunities * Climate-controlled work environment * State-of-the-art machinery and equipment Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Requirements Key Responsibilities: * Perform precision deburring operations on machined components including filing, sanding, deburring, cleaning, grinding, masking and polishing parts in accordance with standards set by Addison Precision Manufacturing and the customer. * Remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections using various hand tools and equipment * Inspect parts for compliance with customer specifications. * Use precision measuring instruments to verify part quality. * Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions. * Maintain detailed documentation of work completed. * Keep work area clean and organized. * Follow safety protocols and proper PPE requirements. * Handle delicate and high-value components with care. * Report any quality concerns to supervision. Qualification Requirements: * High school diploma or GED Required; Trade/Vocational certificate in precision machining a plus! * 1+ years' experience in deburring or finishing operations. * Experience in aerospace parts finishing a plus! * Ability to solve problems, think analytically and critically. * Experience using hand tools and deburring equipment. * Strong attention to detail and quality focus. * Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools. * Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. * Reliable and consistent work ethic. * Knowledge of measurement instruments. * Experience using manual and electric hand tools and machines. * Ability to stand for extended periods. * Environment & Physical Demands: * While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and talk and hear. * The job may involve prolonged periods of sitting and standing. * Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. May involve prolonged periods of magnified inspection (eye strain). * Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp. * The employee is frequently required to use the computer. * May involve the use of oils and solvents. * Subject to some soilage and irritation from cleaning solutions. (Lab Coats provided) * Generally, works in a clean environment and works to maintain the environment as such. * Safety Glasses are required and may require area specific safety training * This position works in a manufacturing environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. * May work at different workstations as production needs require, or shifts from one station to another, during the production process.
