The RNG Service Technician provides technical support and assistance as part of a team primarily for the service and support of renewable natural gas sites based at dairy farms. Assist as needed with RNG system start-ups, commissioning, maintenance, & customer service, as well as possibly assist on Natural/Bio gas-powered generators and other supporting equipment as needed. These sites are a 24/7 operation. This is considered an entry level position, with advancement potential possible.
Essential Duties
· Operate/Maintain RNG biomethane compressors.
· Perform on-call maintenance as required.
· Inspect and repair sensors and instrumentation.
· Troubleshoot electrical and VFD's as required.
· Troubleshoot and repair HMI and PLC components.
· Assist with biogas powered generators as needed.
· Verifies and ensures unit's serviceability by following operational & service checklists.

Requirements
Experience

As part of our dynamic manufacturing team, the Brewing Operator will be cross-trained in batching, packaging, raw material handling, quality assurance testing, and inventory control.
Accountabilities & Impact
Safety
Strictly follow all Cirona Labs safety protocols and cannabis industry compliance standards.
Report potential safety hazards and assist in resolving them proactively.
Participate in safety training programs and support the promotion of a safe workplace.
Quality
Monitor beverage blending parameters such as pH, DO (Dissolved Oxygen), CO₂ concentration, product gravity, and cannabinoid concentrations using analytical equipment.
Conduct in-process and final product quality control checks to ensure compliance with Cirona's specifications and regulatory requirements.
Take immediate corrective action on any deviations to protect product integrity and consumer safety.
Adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and internal quality assurance procedures.
Equipment Processing
Operate brewing, infusion, and control systems in accordance with SOPs.
Perform cleaning-in-place (CIP) to maintain hygienic and contamination-free equipment.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and collaborate with maintenance as necessary to reduce downtime.
Maintain cannabis-specific compliance during equipment usage and sanitation.
Production Efficiency

Familiarity with filtration technologies (e.g., centrifuge, reverse osmosis) is highly desirable.
Basic computer skills required, including Microsoft Office and digital batch tracking systems.
