Total Rewards:

Requirements:
High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred

Valid driver's license

The Role:
As a Service Technician, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and reliable door solutions to our customers. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade a variety of sliding, swinging, and rotating doors while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Job Summary: As a TowerTechnician, you will play a crucial role in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of rigging equipment on communication towers. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will contribute to the success of our projects.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Climb and work on communications towers to install, replace, and repair antenna systems equipment
Ability to identify the tools and materials to properly perform the scope of work within spec
Knowledge of the hazards associated with tower climbing, construction materials, and working near energized lines and equipment
Assist in the installation of all aspects of wireless cell site foundations, grounding and conduits, with electrical installations where applicable
Ensure highest level of safety and quality control requirements are upheld
Installation of up-top equipment including masts, clamping, bracing, supports, antennas, RRUs, cabling, bolting, true up, shooting proper azimuth within tolerances, reading maps and a compass, torque to spec, labeling, picture-taking, documentation, plumb and tilt readings with smart level, etc.
Responsible for tool inventory and upkeep daily on job site
Troubleshoot and communicate equipment performance issues
Required Skills/Abilities:
Proficiency in rigging techniques is highly desirable.
Willingness to learn and adhere to climbing, rigging, safety, and company procedures.
Comfortable working at significant heights.
Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
Demonstrated aptitude in following written and verbal instructions.
Competence in operating various hand tools.
Punctual and consistent attendance in accordance with the work schedule.
Education and Experience:
High school graduate
1 year of construction experience
Physical Requirements:
Physical agility, including the ability to bend, kneel, climb, and squat, with a full range of motion.
Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
Comfortable working at significant heights.

Job Purpose/Overview
The Parasitology Laboratory Technician performs laboratory analyses and tests. In addition, they prepare samples, set up instruments, run tests and read, interpret, and release results.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each

Sets up, runs, reads, and releases lab tests.
Meet all minimum department requirements for Para and Giardia reading/releasing rates.
Exercises judgment in evaluating and reporting results.
Performs equipment maintenance activities.
Awareness of quality control and calibration.
Assists lead or supervisor with rechecks as directed.
Follows applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), including safety and quality procedures. Maintains clean and organized work area. Restocks supplies as needed.
May be cross trained to perform other duties, such as performing less complex tests, including duties performed by Para Aide.
Participates in improving lab efficiency, quality, and cooperation.
Consult with senior peers on non-complex Parasitology tasks to learn through experience.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required, Science degree or vet technician experience is preferred. Prior lab experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Laboratory skills, with experience setting up, running, and reading lab tests and operating lab instruments preferred.
Knowledge of medical and laboratory terminology, Parasitology procedures, equipment, and familiarity with a microscope preferred
General science background
Attention to detail and organized with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The ability to communicate information so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

Working Conditions
Stationary Position- must be able to remain in a stationary position for up to 2 hours.
Constantly operates a computer and other lab equipment accurately and efficiently.
