Collaborate with project managers and engineers to complete other related tasks. Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 0-5 years of experience in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Strong understanding of low voltage communication systems and high voltage utility power systems. Valid driver's license. Proficient in using electrical tools such as multimeters. Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs and ladders, and work outdoors. Responsible and willing to travel for at least 75% of work time. Full-time Description The Tower Technician works with cell phone towers to provide wireless communications services. A Tower Technician may assist in setting support infrastructure to build towers from the ground up. They also conduct routine maintenance while also installing more delicate equipment antennas, lighting at the top of the towers which requires additional education, experience, and training. When at the telecom job sites, the focus is always on efficiency, quality, and safety.
