Primary Responsibilities
Delivery: Completing scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rental fittings in line with our three primary delivery methods:
Traditional - in-accommodation boot fitting and ski teching
Express - No contact drop-off delivery
Slopeside - Skis direct to resort slopeside valet
Continued focus on our three Key Customer Requirements:
KCR #1: On Time - Arriving within 5 minutes of the agreed upon time
KCR #2: Communication - Setting clear expectations around the entire scope of service
KCR #3: Equipment - Choosing the right equipment for each guest given their skills and current conditions at the resort

Job Duties
Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks.
Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
Maintain a service van and its inventory.
Process paperwork after completion of each job.
Minimum Qualifications
Less than 2 years related experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
Preferred Qualifications
Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics and internal combustion engines, and the ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills.
Technical degree, previous lift truck repair, welding experience, and knowledge of various types of testing equipment preferred.
Familiar with tools and equipment such as common hand tools, electrical/air tools, torch, arc welder and various types of testing equipment.
Industry related training is preferred

Benefits
The base hourly range for this role is $35.00 to $55.00 per hour. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
Buff and wax exteriors; wash undercarriage.
Wash and vacuum cars, shampoo if required.
Undercoat and rust proof new and used vehicles.
Detail, clean and dress vinyl; degrease engine.
Remove stickers from windows, and clean windows.
Remove plastic coverings and transit coating from new cars
Preferred Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
1-3 years of experience preferred.
Must be able to bend, kneel, stretch and stand over, under next to an in all vehicles.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work cooperatively with all other staff.
Though we are seeking 1-3 years' experience, training will be provided for the right candidate!
