EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 4 years of experience in structured cabling and low-voltage systems. Prior experience in team leadership or crew supervision required. Possession of at least three industry-recognized certifications preferred (e.g., BICSI, CommScope, CNCI, NCTI). High school diploma or GED required; relevant technical certifications preferred. Proficiency with technical tools and devices including punch down tools, continuity testers, tone generators, butt sets, and power tools. Strong understanding of network layouts, structured cabling topologies, and construction documentation. Valid Utah driver's license with a clean driving record required. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and Level 3 background check. Demonstrated expertise in workplace safety practices, PPE usage, and job site hazard mitigation.
