Stanton, MI This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing wireless communication equipment on towers, rooftops, and other elevated structures. This role involves climbing and working at heights to perform tasks such as antenna and line installation, tower inspections, troubleshooting signal issues, and ensuring all equipment meets safety and quality standards. Technicians also handle cabling, grounding, and testing of radio frequency (RF) systems. Duties and Responsibilities: Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below: Install, maintain, and repair antennas, coaxial lines, connectors, and other telecommunication equipment on towers and rooftops. Climb and work at heights on communication towers, often exceeding 100 feet, while following all safety procedures and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
