The company primarily manufactures semiconductor wafers for its customers in wireless and high-speed wireline communications, consumer electronics, automotive, and industrial markets. It also provides circuit design, mask making, wafer fabrication, probe, assembly, and test services. In addition, Jazz Technologies, Inc. offers manufacturing services and related technical, engineering, and other support services. The company was formerly known as Jazz Technologies, Inc. and changed its name to Tower US Holdings Inc. in November 2015. The company is headquartered in Newport Beach, California.
