The Role We Want You For

Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or 10+ years' experience in Electrical Trade.
* 10-15 years of experience with MEP systems, and a strong background in managing hazardous energy in large, complex construction projects.
* Extensive knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC).
* NFPA 70e Certification.
* NFPA CESCP Certification a plus.
* Experience with MV/HV systems and Electrical Testing and Verification.
* Data Center experience a plus.
* Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi floor scaffolding.
* Ability to lift objects at least 50lbs.

Comprehensive oversight for all energy management duties
View and approve all change of energy permits ensuring there is a comprehensive review by appropriate parties (i.e. owner of utility, specialists such as electrical engineer where appropriate.
Verify all SBS (Step by Step) processes on permits and method of procedures (MOPs) are appropriate to the task and approved, prior to commencing work.
Shall communicate and coordinate with all stakeholders (utility service companies, substation contractor, owner, DCOPS, DCS, Trade partners, etc. ) as we energize
Verify Lockout - Tag Out (LOTO) program is in place, understood by all participants, and training is performed as deemed appropriate.
Verify that all energized rooms / systems have a controlled access process in place
Verify that all qualified and competent person(s) are designated for all high-risk activities (i.e. Live-Dead-Live (LDL), Infrared (IR) Scanning, etc.)
Verify accurate and up-to-date single-lines/one-lines are in place and work is tracked accordingly
Verifies all processes and procedures are in place and meets established criteria, prior to start-up, switching, or any other Commissioning (Cx) activities
Verify that each step of the change of energy process included in the specific MOP has been completed
Reports all deficiencies, near misses or incidents immediately to all stakeholders
Performs regular assessments on energy management training and its implementation on the project
Safety Responsibilities
Know the subcontractors scopes and contracts.
Identify, eliminate and control hazardous conditions that may lead to injury and or property damage using job specific safety standards, best management practices, and the Building L.I.F.E. program. Review and interpret environmental and hazardous materials reports and conditions and provide guidance to the project.
Build working relationships with project partners to lead and direct assigned projects in implementing cultural changes in safety.
Analyze problems, make recommendations, and drive positive change. Communicate to leadership and project team the requirements for improving performance including addressing issues, concerns, and corrective actions.
Review Risk Management policies related to environmental compliance, coordinate pre-planning efforts and communicate requirements to project team and/or subcontractors. Coordinate mitigation activities with Project EH&S Manager.
Interpret OSHA and EPA regulations specific to environmental hazards, such as asbestos, PCBs, and lead, etc.
Develop and implement programs, beyond the overall project safety program, that benefit the safety, health and wellbeing of workers.
Prepare and present project EH&S information to staff and the Project EH&S Manager.
Educate and mentor other project safety staff (safety committee).
Input a minimum of three (3) safety observations into per week.
Input one (3) Critical Safety Behavior (CSB) coaching observation into Predictive Solutions SafetyNet per week.
Read and fully understand the Site Specific Safety Program to ensure consistent and efficient policy enforcement in the field.
Conduct project safety orientations in a rotation with the Safety Team.
Establish accountability for safety amongst other site departments (i.e. engineering, superintendents, etc.).
Attend and participate/encourage productive results in trade partner pre-task plans/huddles.
Perform other duties as requested by the Project EH&S Manager.
Lead and conduct prompt incident investigations, gather all pertinent information / documentation for the incident files, and create / distribute closing reports (root cause analysis, RAG, lessons learned, etc.). This is to be completed within 24 hours of the incident; communicate delays to the Project EH&S Manager and Project Safety Manager.
Compensation Range:
$153,483.98 - $204,645.30

Position Summary:
As a successful Field Marshal Team member, you will support all operations for events including Baseball/Softball/Soccer/Lacrosse tournaments at a Sports Force Parks. This individual is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and hospitality to all guests throughout the park. This individual understands that they have the ability to impact the guest experience including support to other team members with enforcement of park rules and regulations, maintaining order, and ensuring safety to all park guests.

Constantly check water and notify maintenance if refills are needed.
Ensure game balls are at the field before each game begins.
Account for all game balls at end of each game
Ensure all trash is cleaned between games walking the perimeter fence both inside and outside the fence/ field. Pick up any trash in dugouts including sweeping.
Present trophies and awards when needed.
Turn off any lights the end of the night, return scoreboards, cards, any and all items left in scorer's booth.
Support the operations of the business including Park opening and closing procedures, cash controls and all other functions in operating a customer service-based environment.
Provide exceptional customer service to customers on-site throughout the duration of the tournament/event and offer support during other programing events at the park.
Qualifications:
Required:
Willingness to work long hours and weekends seasonally as the business requires.
Ability to stand for long periods of time, including walking long distances throughout the park during assigned shift.
