* Skill in technical fields related to design of water and sewer utilities including elevated and ground water storage, force mains, large diameter transmission mains for sewer and water, lift stations, water pump stations and water and sewer plant improvements.
* Skill in technical fields related to design of roads, storm water management and drainage are preferred.
Education
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.

* Applicants who successfully pass the background investigation will be given a Conditional Offer of Employment

The process takes approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks, depending on your rank on the eligibility list and factors in your background.
