Compensation: Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The annual base pay range for this position is $110,000.00 - $120,000.00
Additional Compensation: Employees may be eligible to receive annual incentive bonuses depending on their job classification and the policy guidelines.

SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager is a growth-oriented marketer responsible for executing strategies that accelerate business growth, strengthen market presence, support sales across verticals, and deepen engagement with key audiences. This role leads hands-on marketing execution across digital, content, and multimedia channels along with the development of sales and marketing tools -driving brand awareness, lead acquisition, and client engagement.

Education:
* Bachelor's degree required in related field
Work Experience:
* 7-10 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or sales enablement with a proven record of driving growth.
* Demonstrated success developing and managing integrated, results-driven marketing campaigns.
* Expertise in sales proposal management and related best practices.
* Tech-savvy with experience using marketing, analytics, and AI-driven tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ChatGPT, Jasper).
* Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation design; Adobe Creative Suite or Canva a plus.

SUMMARY
The part-time Office Administrator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of Towne Park's corporate office, known as the Field Support Center (FSC). **SUMMARY**
The Porter is responsible for the overall basic general cleaning of the common garage area while providing exceptional hospitality services in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner to all guests during their entire stay. The Porter is also responsible for the basic and general upkeep of the garage facility equipment and common area waste receptacles as well as assisting with any type of customer issue in the parking area including lock-outs, flat tires, battery jump and lost vehicle assistance.

+ Wipe all signage and way finding materials located at all garage vehicular entrances and exits with the appropriate cleaning solutions and cloth. Wipe all equipment including gates, gate arms, card reading equipment and all attached signage with appropriate cleaning materials and cloth.- 15%
+ Empty all returned guest key receptacles at each of the garage exits and return to the Towne Park MOD for return to the appropriate facility. When appropriate, power wash any areas of the garage entrances and exits that need additional attention from the regularly scheduled maintenance. - 10%

**SUMMARY**
The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner. The Guest Service Associate is responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner and assisting guests with luggage, including delivery and pick up of guest luggage (where applicable) during arrival and departure.

SUMMARY
The Porter is responsible for the overall basic general cleaning of the common garage area while providing exceptional hospitality services in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner to all guests during their entire stay. The Porter is also responsible for the basic and general upkeep of the garage facility equipment and common area waste receptacles as well as assisting with any type of customer issue in the parking area including lock-outs, flat tires, battery jump and lost vehicle assistance.

* Empty all returned guest key receptacles at each of the garage exits and return to the Towne Park MOD for return to the appropriate facility. When appropriate, power wash any areas of the garage entrances and exits that need additional attention from the regularly scheduled maintenance. - 10%
