Employees of Harford Community College, including instructors for online and virtual courses, must be residents of Maryland or the contiguous states of Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia or the District of Columbia. Models will be put on a list to be called by individual instructors for different class meetings on an as-needed basis. The hours of part-time, as-needed employees are limited to a total of less than 500 hours in each fiscal year (July 1 - June 30).
