We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Manufacturing Design Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leads the design of select TRD commercial products from concept to production ready, ensuring design accuracy, end user feasibility, manufacturability, and alignment with customer requirements.
* Responsible for designing custom CNC work holding fixtures, post operation assembly fixtures, tooling, and sub-components using CREO.
* Create 3D models and assemblies, 2D drawings, and BOMs using CREO
* Collaborate with manufacturing and process engineers to ensure design intent and manufacturability.
* Apply GD&T and DFM/DFA principles to ensure accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
* Conduct design reviews, tolerance stack-ups, and risk assessments.
* Lead fixture qualification and verification activities in partnership with Quality and Manufacturing Engineering.
* Support the fabrication and assembly teams during build and debug phases.
* Work with suppliers to source components and optimize material selection.
* Revise designs based on feedback from shop floor, testing, or quality teams.
* Provide necessary documentation specifying all necessary information. i.e. assembly procedure, torque values, etc.
* Source and request all required hardware and materials.
Required:
* BS in Mechanical Engineering (or similar discipline) or equivalent, Or, Preferred Experience as described below.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on mechanical design for automotive components or CNC fixturing.
* Demonstrated experience in fixture design, qualification, and verification for machined components.
* Direct hands-on experience interacting with machine shop floor activities in a fast, dynamic environment.
* Detailed understanding of GD&T to ANSI standards.
* Expert on analyzing and interpretation of engineering drawings.
Basic Skills
* Fundamental understanding of CAD systems, specifically CREO for the design of components.
* General understanding of manufacturing techniques (milling, turning, etc.) for design for manufacturability.
Computer Skills
* Extensive use of CAD systems, specifically CREO.
* Working knowledge of internet, email, MS office products such as Excel, Word, Visio.
Preferred Experience
* Experience in the automotive industry as a Design Engineer with demonstrated capability of taking designs from initial concept to production ready.
* Extensive experience with CAD software, specifically CREO.
* Experience in CNC work holding techniques, not limited to manual and hydraulic clamping.
* Communication skills required consist of the ability to convey necessary information and instruction to shop floor personnel as well as the ability to write reports to managers and peers.
* Computer skills required consist of the ability to use the internet and email system, proficiency with MS office (i.e. Word, Excel).
* Demonstrated experience, with examples, of prior process improvements and resulting savings (cycle time, capital investment, etc.).

A TRD Sourcing Engineer - serves as a key link between TRD's engineering vision and the global supply base, ensuring precision machined racing engine components are delivered with the quality, timing, and cost required for a championship performance.
This position demands strong technical purchasing knowledge alongside strategic and relationship management abilities to support TRD's long-term supplier development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source, negotiate, and procure precision machined components required for TRD's NASCAR engine program, ensuring suppliers meet TRD's requirements for capability, quality, delivery, and cost.
* Manage supplier relationships across domestic and international partners (U.S., Europe, and Japan), ensuring clear communication, consistent performance, and long-term strategic alignment with TRD's technical and quality objectives.
* Collaborate with engineering, planning, and quality departments to understand technical requirements, material specifications, and production timing for complex machined engine components.
* Develop and maintain purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier contracts, and pricing agreements within TRD's MRP-driven environment, ensuring timely procurement aligned with project schedules.
* Analyze MRP demand, supplier lead times, economic batch quantities and capacity constraints to maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing shortages and excess stock.
* Identify and qualify new suppliers based on capability, technical competence, and adherence to TRD's precision manufacturing standards.
* Evaluate supplier manufacturing processes for machining complexity, tooling capability, process control, and quality systems to ensure technical compatibility with TRD's component design requirements.
* Drive cost reduction and enhance process efficiency and lead times by implementing value analysis, competitive sourcing, and collaborating with suppliers to continuously improve cost, quality, and delivery. Coordinate logistics and international shipping with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery and compliance with global trade and import/export requirements.
* Support new product introductions (NPI) by working cross-functionally to ensure sourcing plans and supplier readiness align with engineering and production milestones.
* Monitor supplier performance metrics (on-time delivery, quality, responsiveness) and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain high standards of reliability and accountability.
* Work closely with finance and key stakeholders to ensure accurate purchase order reconciliation, cost tracking, and budget management.
* Represent TRD Supply Chain in cross-department meetings and supplier reviews, providing data-driven updates and recommendations for sourcing strategy and material planning.
* Maintain compliance with TRD purchasing policies, ethical standards, and confidentiality requirements in all supplier dealings.
What you will bring:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related technical discipline. Equivalent experience in technical purchasing within a manufacturing environment will be considered.
* Minimum 7-10 years of purchasing experience in a precision machining or advanced manufacturing environment, ideally supporting high-performance automotive or aerospace applications.
* Proven success managing suppliers producing complex machined components with tight tolerances, multi-axis machining operations, and exotic materials.
* Hands-on familiarity with MRP/ERP systems (Syspro, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) in a production planning and procurement environment.
* Strong understanding of machining processes, materials, and tolerancing, including GD&T and process flow documentation.
* Experience coordinating international procurement and understanding logistics, customs, and trade compliance processes.
* Demonstrated experience in supplier evaluation, negotiation, and performance management.
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to lift 20 lbs.
Travel Requirements:
* Estimated at 20% annually.

**As our Vice President, Liquidity Business Sales you will:**
+ Lead regional sales coverage of HSBC AM Liquidity and Short Duration Investors
+ Work closely with sales support across onboardings and facilitation of subscription & redemption processes for AM Liquidity funds. The role holder will play a key role in interacting with clients, fund administrators, sales teams, and bank relationship managers to meet KYC requirements, execution of account opening procedures, completing static data for clients, and updating CRM systems with changes
+ Coordinate and ownership of client service and sales support for HSBC AM's Liquidity Investors
+ Provide and maintain the overall client experience through appropriate client service and sales support activities, including thought leadership
+ Work with Sales individuals and other stakeholders to assist in the delivery of goals and objectives as agreed with the business to develop our customer opportunities and improve our client experience, travel is expected

Key Responsibilities
Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).
Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies to help them achieve their goals.

What You'll Do - Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company performance standards.
Coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth by demonstrating knowledge of and training on systems, Company standards, account management, recovery (collections), job duties, and performance reports.
