I loved being a manager, I started as a part-time employee.

The store managers were great and helpful.

Give more positive I stuction and praise.

Studies the history, and knew how the stores were expected to look and how customer were to be helped.

It was a little low, but they were trying to make it better.

No one was turned away when they applied. Everyone was treated the same way.

Making things look nice, work with the great employees and assisting customers.

Corporates disconnect to the store teams. The end was sudden and poorly planned

The pay wasn’t that good.

I liked the fact that I was one of the first to find god deals in the store.

What I didn't like about working the was management. Sometimes I felt like they were not fair. I also didn't like that fact that you don't get enough hours or much pay. The money is not enough to pay bills. I also didn't like the double shifts that we sometimes had to do during the holidays.

My favorite perk or benefit was the discounts and being able to see the new toys coming out.
