Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare weekly Operations manpower schedule using Unit requirements, overtime records, vacation records, medical restrictions, training schedules, etc.
Maintain accurate overtime records, vacation schedules, job qualifications, ERT database
Handle callouts for unscheduled vacancies
Maintain the Workforce Management Schedules within Radix for Operations work scheduling and ERT coverage.
Generate monthly overtime summary by Unit, including numbers as well as percentages.
Maintain the weekly ERT roster to meet minimum ERT staffing requirements.
Handle all scheduling of training & meetings such as ERT training, annual Safety Training, etc.
Maintain the Operations Web Page.
Assist in procedure changes such as vacation, overtime policies, etc.
Monitor, update and submit Workforce Management timesheet information at the end of each two-week period by payroll processing deadline.
Various Admin related duties
The Shift Clerk schedule follows the shift schedule working 10.5 hour days (10 hours with a 30 minute lunch break) on the assigned shift. The position is required to work alternate weekends and holidays per schedule, and as needed, to support other planned and unplanned / critical events (e.g., plant upsets, emergencies, etc.).
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent GED.
Minimum of two years of plant clerical or similar administrative experience is required.
Experience with personnel scheduling is preferred.
Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Scope of the Role
Check orders for configurations, pricing/discounts, Incoterms, T&Cs, and delivery requirements.
Process all customer orders in a timely manner in the ERP system using the appropriate order type.

The Energy Sector of DIS is an innovation-centric, fast-paced, and market focused platform that combines customized chemistries, engineering solutions, technologies, and state-of-art research capabilities to provide specialized products and services to customers.
The successful candidate will primarily focus on gas treating and transmission product technology support, serving as the technical focal point for delivering comprehensive solutions to strategic customers in natural gas, ammonia, syngas, and gasification plants, as well as world-scale petroleum refineries. Leveraging simulation and engineering capabilities along with product and industry expertise, the candidate will address complex, dynamic problems and provide high-impact solutions for our key clients. In addition, the candidate will be involved with data centers as needed, offering heat transfer expertise, supporting DOWFROST formulation implementation and adjacencies at customer sites, and contributing to next generation fluid development when required.
The role entails domestic travel to customer facilities to assess industry and specific plant needs, support the customer profitability plan by identifying and implementing optimization projects, and develop new business opportunities to position products. The successful candidate will be part of the North America TS&D Team supporting existing technologies, services, & capabilities as well as new product and service launches in the DIS R&D portfolio. Participation in strategic industry conferences, discussions, and symposia is also expected.
Responsibilities:
Collaborates closely with commercial teams to build and deliver on actionable account plans for strategic customers.

As a Radio and Base Station Repair Technician, this role will ensure that top quality, professional technical support will be provided to all customers who utilize Tait radio products and solutions. About you and this role:
Provides specialized technical support and solutions for project teams, operations and maintenance. Understands and implements Most Effective Technology (MET), work process, tools and industry best practices within their discipline. The Hardware Disciplines within Engineering and Maintenance are comprised of the following disciplines: Buildings, Civil, Electrical, Instrument, Materials, Mechanical, Process Containment Equipment and Piping. Hardware Disciplines support both projects and technical support teams as an engineer on large projects or lead for their discipline on small/intermediate projects. Requires conceptual knowledge of theories, techniques and methodology within the analytical technology discipline.
Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the responsible engineer for the assigned discipline scope, encompassing structural steel, concrete foundations, building envelope (MEP), piling, pipe supports, paving, grading, and drainage.
+ Apply discipline work processes and best practices to the assigned scope.
+ Ensure adherence to applicable design codes, Dow design criteria, applicable MET, and LPPs.
+ Provide engineering inputs to designers and review 3D models and construction deliverables to ensure alignment with engineering input.
+ Ensure the quality of produced deliverables by validating constructability, checking designs based on inputs from other disciplines, and developing designs with an "owner's mindset".
+ Manage the assigned scope of work by ensuring adequate definition and documentation of project scope, availability, and sufficiency of layout and equipment information for design. Advocate for a no-change mentality and communicate any necessary scope changes to the lead engineer through PDNs.
+ Monitor bulk quantities in line with the authorization estimate and observe scope growth, informing the lead engineer of any changes.
+ Validate the assigned scope for potential interferences with existing infrastructure using existing drawings, laser scans, and site visits as required.
+ Coordinate with other disciplines to progress and finalize design deliverables.
+ Document risks within the assigned scope and escalate them to the lead engineer, such as missing or inadequate information.
+ Participate in model reviews and team checks as determined by the project lead.
+ Support construction activities by providing clarifications and technical support, such as responding to RFIs and reviewing shop drawings as needed.
+ Assist in the archival of design documentation for the assigned scope.
+ For projects requiring a PE stamp, serve as the Responsible Engineer if necessary
