Scope of the Role
The Project Implementation Engineer will be a primary interface between the customer and Tait. Working with the assigned Project Manager, the Project Implementation Engineer will guide the project from a technical perspective. The Project Implementation Engineer participates in the detailed design, implementation and acceptance of the solution following the sale.
The Project Implementation Engineer is responsible for developing the design that was created during the sales process into the detailed design that will become the technical framework for the entire system. The Project Implementation Engineer will attend project status calls and is responsible for gathering the information that is required to develop the detailed design.
The Project Implementation Engineer is responsible for the configuration, installation, commissioning, and testing of the system. If subcontractors are involved, the Project Implementation Engineer is responsible for managing the subcontractors from a technical perspective.
It is expected that this role will require travel.
The Project Implementation Engineer will be expected to continue to acquire skills and knowledge through both training and experience in some of the following areas:

Main Tasks

About you and this role:
Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Environmental Specialist located in Deer Park, TX.
You will lead hub or site EH&S compliance and implementation of the safety management system in one of multiple fields including, for example, environmental, air, water and waste. The Supplier Managed Inventory (SMI) Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient supply chain operations for customer‑managed inventory locations. This position is responsible for monitoring inventory levels, coordinating replenishment and logistics, and performing monthly reconciliations to maintain alignment between customer‑reported usage and SAP records. The SMI Coordinator also manages sales order creation, invoicing accuracy, and supports month‑end close activities across assigned Sales Organizations.
In this role, you will build strong relationships with both customers and internal partners, serve as an SAP subject matter expert, and provide training and guidance on customer service and inventory processes. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, cross‑functional projects, and audit activities. In this role, you will:

Manage Warehouse inventory to ensure that the mainline equipment like Base Modules, Mobiles and Portables have the latest Software & Firmware.
Help to ensure that all demos equipment is in excellent working condition before they are shipped to the customer and, also need to make sure they are in the same condition when they returned.
Keep the Repair team apprised of any issues/special requirements status and updates completed on warehouse inventory.
Keep track of the latest product technical notes to ensure the warehouse inventory has been updated to the technical requirements, is will include technical notes, product hold notices and quality alerts in accordance with the company's communications policy.
Staging and assembly of Tait Base Station equipment consisting of parts pulled from warehouse inventory for customer orders. Problem diagnosis and network restoration maybe required.
Configuration and installation of software keys of TAM Orders for wireless network equipment including Mobiles, Portables and Base Stations.
Basic Repairs on Mobiles, Portables and Accessories as instructed by Repair Technician and Manager.
Performance Measurements
Manage and use finish Goods database, and the ERP system to extract customer delivery dates for warranty requirements and product history Manage and develop all inventory management and control systems.
Manage cycle count and stock take processes.
Manage appropriate inventory control measures and root cause and corrective actions to ensure errors, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved.

We are seeking candidates for exciting and rewarding Apprenticeship opportunities available at our facilities in Houston, TX, Deer Park, TX, La Porte, TX, and Texas City, TXwithin theU.S. Apprenticeship Program.
As part of the U.S. Apprenticeship Program, Apprentices participate in a 2-3 year program offering hands-on work experience in our chemical plants while attending community college to earn a company-paid Associate's degree. During the program, Apprentices will be offered paid tuition, wages, and some benefits. Upon successful completion of the program, Apprentices will have earned an Associate's Degree in one of several technical disciplines. Apprentices will report to an Apprenticeship Program Leader who will support the Apprentice throughout the apprenticeship program. Apprentices who successfully complete the program will also be highly considered for a job within the company.
Individuals selected to fill an available Apprentice opening will be required to sign an offer letter that will commit them to working for Dow for 2 years upon being offered a full-time position.
The hourly rate of pay for this role will be at least $25.38.The exact pay rate will be communicated if you are chosen to receive an offer of employment. The hourly pay rate is set by the Company and is non-negotiable.
Expected hire date for these opportunities is June 8th, 2026; but it could go onto August 3rd, 2026 at the latest.
Responsibilities
Apprenticeship Opportunities are available in the following fields:Process Technician, Instrument Technician and Millwright Technician.
Process Technician
Process Technicians operate equipment in assigned areas of the plant and perform operations related activities per the work process. They utilize chemical manufacturing knowledge and experience to operate and troubleshoot the plant in a safe and efficient manner. One Process Technician could be placed in our Gulf Cost Pipeline team.
Primary Responsibilities and Key Skills
+ Routine operation of basic control systems and devices to monitor levels, temperatures, pressures and flow rates, and transfer of products.
+ Controlling, monitoring and adjustment of all control systems and manually operated equipment.
+ Properly lifting hoses, bolt flanges and operate valves and similar equipment including the proper clearing and isolation of equipment.
+ Following operating discipline, procedures, and practices to ensure a safe and efficient operation of assigned duties.
+ Troubleshoot process, product quality, safety, and environmental problems, and identify equipment requiring maintenance.
+ How to perform maintenance and project work safely and efficiently.

Educational Requirements
+ A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required.
+ Individuals who are currently enrolled in high school or college or have graduated or received a GED within the last two years will be required to provide official transcripts/GED scores prior to being invited to an onsite interview.
+ Must have completed Algebra or Technical Math and Science coursework in High School, per graduation requirements. Completion of Chemistry and / or Physics coursework in High School is preferred.
+ If already enrolled in the degree program related to the field you applied for or have credits that would transfer toward it, individual must have no less than 2 full semesters remainingtoward the applicable degree.
+ After an offer of employment, but prior to date of hire, must complete college entrance exams / assessments at the community college to be attended. Must not be required to take any remedial or transitional coursework.
