Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare weekly Operations manpower schedule using Unit requirements, overtime records, vacation records, medical restrictions, training schedules, etc.
Maintain accurate overtime records, vacation schedules, job qualifications, ERT database
Handle callouts for unscheduled vacancies
Maintain the Workforce Management Schedules within Radix for Operations work scheduling and ERT coverage.
Generate monthly overtime summary by Unit, including numbers as well as percentages.
Maintain the weekly ERT roster to meet minimum ERT staffing requirements.
Handle all scheduling of training & meetings such as ERT training, annual Safety Training, etc.
Maintain the Operations Web Page.
Assist in procedure changes such as vacation, overtime policies, etc.
Monitor, update and submit Workforce Management timesheet information at the end of each two-week period by payroll processing deadline.
Various Admin related duties
The Shift Clerk schedule follows the shift schedule working 10.5 hour days (10 hours with a 30 minute lunch break) on the assigned shift. The position is required to work alternate weekends and holidays per schedule, and as needed, to support other planned and unplanned / critical events (e.g., plant upsets, emergencies, etc.).
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent GED.
Minimum of two years of plant clerical or similar administrative experience is required.
Experience with personnel scheduling is preferred.
Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Scope of the Role
As a Field Support Engineer (FSE), this role will oversee the delivery of top quality, professional technical support to all customers who utilize Tait radio products and solutions. A significant portion of the job is mentoring and training other engineers, customers and dealers.
The FSE is the primary technical interface between the customer and the Tait organization following the delivery of a Tait product or system. You will provide remote and on-site technical support for Tait equipment, systems and services. The role is also the Lead technical resource for TAM sales and engineering team in support of sales development activities to generate new orders for Tait equipment, systems and services.
The FSE encompasses broad and well developed technical skills. The role serves as the Subject Matter Expert and will require the operation and configuration of complex systems and the diagnosis of non-conforming functionality to an operating system level.

Help repair team with any special / issues requirements status and warranty entitlements.

The Order Fulfilment Representative (OFR) manages the day to day relationship with the customer/dealer, responding to their inquiries and providing prompt and accurate information regarding Tait product and services as well as processing standard sales and service orders, returns, credits, demonstration equipment, and all related invoicing. The OFR will manage the entire order cycle to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction includes planning, coordinating and monitoring logistics operations such as warehousing, inventory, transportation. This is a key role working closely with customers to build trusting relationships and provide a high standard of service while ensuring smooth operations aiming for maximum efficiency. Communication skills are a must along with efficient record-keeping abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
Scope of the Role
Check orders for configurations, pricing/discounts, Incoterms, T&Cs, and delivery requirements.
Process all customer orders in a timely manner in the ERP system using the appropriate order type.

About you
Diamond Infrastructure Solutionsis seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Financial Analysis Lead.This role has a preferred location of Houston, TX or Midland, MI. Will also consider other United States Diamond Infrastructure Solutions key sites.
Uses in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in finance in order to lead financial and economic analysis for the Diamond business with heavy emphasis and time spent on new business development opportunities and projects. You will be a core member of Diamond's new business development team, supporting growth opportunities across new and existing customers, and existing and expanded service offerings, all in alignment with business growth strategy.

Responsibilities
+ Develop a comprehensive economic model for assigned opportunities including full P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis, with considerations for multiple scenarios and modeling variables.
+ Proactively analyzes economic consequences of alternative courses of action and provides recommendations that maximize business value (NPV, IRR, EBITDA).
+ Develop in-depth financial and business analysis for any Mergers and Acquisitions opportunities, while supporting transaction negotiations.
+ Develop and deliver detailed and dynamic analyses of major capital overhaul projects (typically >$50 million) including asset lifetime extensions and capacity additions.
+ Oversight and ownership of Diamond's Economic Evaluation methodology.
+ Monitors best practices in the industry and applies knowledge of best practices and how own discipline integrates with others to support financial strategic planning related activities.
+ Serves as Subject Matter Expert ("SME") on financial & economics analysis for the business; and consults on smaller investment initiatives when needed.
+ Prepare, review and evaluate Business Opportunity Plans ("BOP") and Capital Authorization Requests ("CAR") for select projects, and advise business partners on the authorization process.
+ Work with the Diamond Business Development Pricing Manager to develop innovative financial tools to allow the business to more quickly make pricing, profitability, and service mix decisions.
+ Partner with Diamond Finance team to inform post-implementation tracking to validate approved projects deliver financial results to the business as expected.
+ Partner with Diamond Financial Planning & Analysis ("FP&A") team to support strategic evaluation of existing asset profitability and proposed capital investments for optimization of return to the businesses.
+ Provide support, coordination, and insight for recurring business processes including monthly Growth KPI tracking, capital summits, long-term and annual financial plans, and budgeting.
+ Design and deliver an Economic Evaluation Fundamentals course and case study thoughtfully covering topics like NPV, IRR and analyses techniques.
Required Qualifications
+ A minimum of a bachelor's degreeorrelevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 rankingor Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant
+ 6+ years of relevant finance and industry experience.

About you and this role:
The Large Project Scheduler acts as a technical resource for Scheduling within the Global Project Methodology (GPM) work process. Supports establishment of the overall schedule baseline and reporting to monitor and control the project within established tolerances of the baseline supporting efficient project execution. Job responsibilities:
Utilize financial acumen to develop and update pricing formulas, using historical accounting and operational information considering the next best alternative and balancing service pricing with overall project value/impact.
Retrieve, organize, and consolidate historical service delivery costs that are applicable using ECC/DSR;
Validate historical service delivery costs used as a basis for pricing;
Adjust, as needed, historical service delivery costs to account for non-routine or abnormal cost variances;
Determine when Next Best Alternative or market-based pricing.
Develop the contractual requirements associated with each service provided to, or received from, potential new Customers.

Coordinates the development and implementation of and maintains the plant/department training program to ensure compliance is achieved for all training policies and requirements. Owns the department training program, for assigned areas, ensuring department training documentation is current and up to date. Supports the business in maintaining the Operations Discipline Management System (ODMS) and maximizing value from ODMS use in the department. Typically supports a larger plant or facility. Dow is seeking an Electrical Studies and Protection Design Engineer to join our team in Houston, Texas!
In this role, you will become a member of a highly collaborative global capital engineering organization that is made up of several engineering disciplines including Civil, Piping, Mechanical, Instrumentation, and Process Automation.
You will provide power systems studies and relay protection expertise for the design of capital projects valued $10MM or greater in the electrical engineering discipline. You apply applicable design criteria, design tools, best practices, and established work processes when creating the documentation required for the installation of electrical equipment in new or existing industrial power systems.
With support from the Peer/Technical Coach, you will quickly learn and effectively apply Dow design tools and Dow work processes.
Responsibilities:
Accountable for the required protection deliverables produced by the project electrical design team.
Represent the electrical design team in project team meetings.
Develop and/or review detailed equipment specifications, inquiry/order packages, job instructions, drawings, and installation details for construction and 3rd party engineering contracts.
Develop major electrical equipment specifications and work with the internal procurement organization and suppliers to execute orders.
Development of the Electrical Single Line Diagrams, Meter & Relay One Line Diagrams, Three-Lines Diagrams, Interconnection Diagrams, Control Logic Diagrams, Relay Elevation Drawings, and Control Schematics.
Work on systems with voltages: 138kV, 69kV, 15kV, 4.16kV, 2.4kV and low voltage.
Develop electrical models as required to perform system studies on new or existing facilities.
Perform and/or review Power System Studies (Short Circuit, Load Flow, Protective Relay Coordination Studies, Transient Studies, etc.) to insure appropriate equipment ratings.
Develop and document protection settings and logic and perform reviews of protection settings and logic developed by others.
Perform and/or review calculations for sizing low, medium, and high voltage distribution equipment.
Implement relay-to-relay and relay-to-SCADA communication using a variety of communication protocols and network topologies.
Lead or support equipment factory acceptance testing, site acceptance testing, electrical system commissioning, and equipment start-up as needed.
Qualifications:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
Experience in protective relaying coordination and practices.
A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
Preferred Skills:
Working knowledge of industry codes and standards (IEC, NFPA, ANSI, IEEE, NEMA, BSS, Cenelec, etc..)
Prior experience in heavy industrial, petrochemical, refinery, or utility power systems engineering.
Proficient using ETAP.
Knowledgeable of generator protection and control schemes.
Able to develop and implement testing procedures for protection and control systems
Familiarity with SEL and GE protective relays
Familiarity with circuit breaker technologies: SF6, vacuum, GIS, AIS, GCBs
Experience in testing and commissioning of electrical power equipment.
Ability to verify protective relay settings and protective logic through function testing of the relaying systems.
Working knowledge of MicroStation SE and/or AutoCAD.
Strong interpersonal relationship and time-management.

Scope of Role
As a Radio and Base Station Repair Technician, this role will ensure that top quality, professional technical support will be provided to all customers who utilize Tait radio products and solutions. The Radio & Base Station Repair Technician will handle the product build and bench repair tasks and support the sales team in setting up requested products for demonstrations and trade shows.
It is expected that the Radio & base Station Repair Technician will be proactive in developing the skills and knowledge necessary to provide top quality customer support. This will be supported by Tait in the form of specialist back-up support from New Zealand and technical training on Tait radio, base station and wireless products, systems and various OEM products. This position will be based in Houston and entails little travel.

Main Tasks
Repair circuitry or complete units according to engineering instructions, technical manuals, and knowledge of electronic systems and components.
Recommend repair requirements in circuitry or installation.
Sets up standard test apparatus or devises test equipment and circuitry to conduct functional, operational and life tests to evaluate performance and reliability of production models.
Analyzes and interprets data using schematics and other technical data.
Operate drills, or other small tools to repair/fabricate parts.
May check functioning of newly installed equipment in products to evaluate system performance under actual operating conditions.
Coordinate with technical personnel from other departments to achieve product improvements.
Log all new issues onto the Tait issue database as necessary
Assist with problem diagnosis and resolution in accordance with the Support Contract terms
Manage equipment and spares in accordance with contract schedules
Distribute product software releases as necessary
Distribute technical notes, product hold notices and quality alerts in accordance with the company's communications policy
Coordinate with support staff and development engineers at Tait Electronics in NZ to get fixes for customer problems

Provides engineering support to address plant issues that are impacting production over a short period of time.
