In this role you will provide direct virtual and phone support for Physicians and Radiologists throughout our TRA and Diagnostic Imaging Northwest locations. Job Summary: The Physician Administrative Support (PAS) team member is responsible for being at their desk and ready to handle high call volumes while performing other administrative support duties. The position is primarily responsible for the coordination and communications of our physicians and their support staff. Communication with outside offices, provider offices, and patients must be professional and courteous. Heavy phone volume and physician administrative support duties are central to this position. The position provides some additional administrative support to the TRA administrative leadership and other departments outside of physician support and is a highly accountable position, working as part of a team with some direct supervision. This role is responsible for performing advanced screening mammography while overseeing the technical integrity and operational performance of the mobile unit, ensuring strict adherence to MQSA, ACR, FDA, and Washington State regulatory requirements. The Modality Specialist maintains accountability for imaging quality, patient safety, radiation protection, infection control, equipment functionality, and documentation compliance in alignment with MobileMammo NW standards and TRA Medical Imaging policies.
