Matthew is currently the CEO and Founder of Extole, the Enterprise leader in referral marketing. He has started and run internet marketing software companies since 1997, and has led successful companies in ecommerce, dynamic display advertising, curation, and optimization. Matthew was a founder and the CEO of Offermatica, a landing page optimization and testing infrastructure company. Acquired by Omniture in 2007, it is now known as Adobe Test and Target and serves billions of optimized experiences every week. In 1996 he co-founded Fort Point Partners, an e-commerce systems integrator responsible for building Egghead.com, the first web site to sell $1,000,000 in one day, as well as Bestbuy.com, Nike.com, and others. Matthew is a graduate of Yale University and has served on the boards of Envision Schools, a Charter School and Habitat for Humanity.

Steve’s 30 years of software experience and 25 years of direct sales management experience make him an important addition to our board. As Domo’s COO, he currently leads the company’s client services team, bringing value to customers through consulting, education and ongoing engagement. In years prior, Steve served as Senior Vice President at Omniture, where he helped contribute to the company’s record growth. Steve has been involved in many M&A transactions from inception through integration into parent and maintained SaaS services revenue at 100% plus year-over-year-year growth for four straight years. Steve has received a number of district, regional and national sales awards, and has been integral in planning, strategy, and taking private companies public.
