There really are no pros when you work for a company that has no product direction or strategy.
The CEO is a Snake Oil Salesman that has no ability to tell the truth. They can’t keep their finance department staffed, and no one has any interest in a actually making a company that is profitable.
They do provide lunches sometimes
Not able to answer. They provide absolutely no direction or leadership. The CEO, Sales person are some of the worst I have ever worked with.
This is an impossibility. The men that work there are unwilling to make any changes to processes or think outside the box to improve work practices. Because of this, the entire company is stagnant and has no ability to make new, innovative product. And a company with shitty, to no product doesn’t really have an ability to survive.
Researched their company, but I was not told one truth my entire interview.
My salary was comparable.
There was none
Working with good, honest people that strive to make good product. This was not what I found at Tracer.
