Working at Trachte

The only pro of working at Trachte is that they don't even try to hide the lies they feed the employees.

Horrible HR Horrible Management 1/2 the production employees are incarcerated at the near by prison Unsafe place to work, lots of OSHA violations Trachte will tell you 4-10 hour days during interview, when hired it is 50+ hours weekly Product is schedule for max profits even if production doesn't have enough people to achieve it. Trachte can't get employees for production, it is known in the the industy to be bad.

Going home every night with hopefully no injury from the unsafe work environment.

Start listening to your employees, they know how to do the jobs they do better than management does. Find a way to boost the moral. Get rid of all the employees being trucked over from their cells in the prison, most are violent offenders and they break the rules.

Hardly ever see the CEO and the Management team is completly incompetant. That is the best thing I can say because it can, and probably will, get worse.

I didn't, but I suggest others actually look at the reviews from employees before they even apply.

We have a few Hispanic production crew. The rest of the diverse demographics come from the prisoner population that we employ. Almost no females in production, but what do you expect with so many prisoners with violent crimes convictions.

Leaving without getting injured. Seeing others quit for better employment. Watching the company implode and lie to the Board of Diirectors.
