Education and Experience: * 10 years field experience with a background as a skilled tradesperson OR bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or construction management plus 7 years field experience. * 4-year engineering or construction management degree or equivalent technical experience progressing through the ranks as a Journeyman to Foreman to a Superintendent. * Prior experience working on union projects, strongly preferred.
