Overview
TRC's National Energy Siting and Permitting Practice is seeking to grow our successful transmission and renewables siting and permitting practice. As part of our growth, TRC is seeking an experienced Senior Siting Specialist to participate in business development efforts and lead the development, permitting, and regulatory strategy for complex energy infrastructure projects requiring certification by the state Public Utility Commission's (PUCs), with preference given for the Ohio Power Siting Board process.
This senior-level role will serve as a technical lead and client liaison, guiding projects through the routing and siting process following PUC requirements from pre-application planning to post-certification compliance. Candidates interested should have a minimum of 10 years of experience within a range of sectors including power generation and transmission, oil and gas, energy project siting, environmental review, and stakeholder coordination, with a strong working knowledge of the State Administrative Code requirements and related federal/state permitting frameworks. The role will include leading the preparation and support of CPCN Applications to the PUCs, and have familiarity with ecological, cultural and stormwater permitting protocols and requirements. Candidates should be familiar with Ohio and surrounding states and their regulations related to transmission siting, have experience working with tribes, federal and state agencies and understand the NEPA processes related to these agencies. Candidates should also have a basic knowledge of GIS, broad knowledge of the permitting and construction issues unique to electric transmission projects, be able to use that knowledge to conduct route selection studies, be familiar with basic mapping (e.g., USGS topographic maps and digital aerial photographs), and have good written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities
Regulatory Leadership
* Work as part of TRC's siting team on existing and new projects, applying our well tested transmission routing protocols, data management and processing, and report preparation.
* Lead PUC certificate applications, amendment filings, and compliance documentation for major transmission, power generation, and natural gas pipeline projects.
* Develop permitting strategies that integrate technical, environmental, and stakeholder considerations to achieve project approvals efficiently.
* Interpret and apply PUC rules and procedures, guiding clients through all phases of certification.
Technical Oversight
* Direct preparation of route and site selection studies, environmental impact assessments, and supporting documentation.
* Oversee environmental and engineering data analysis, GIS mapping, and visual or noise impact evaluations.
* Provide leadership for the development of technically accurate, consistent, and compliant products across all deliverables.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
* Serve as the primary client contact for siting-related matters, building long-term relationships with utilities, renewable developers, and independent power producers.
* Represent TRC and clients during public meetings, hearings, and agency coordination sessions with PUC staff, as well as State agencies such as DNR and EPA, along with federal agencies such as the USACE and USFWS.

The Licensed Clinician provides behavioral health services to the Women's Empowerment Program. A variety of services include mental health treatment, counseling, assessment and diagnoses, and, crisis intervention. The Licensed Clinician works collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive and integrated care. This position engages in opportunities to participate in staff and community activities that contribute toward clinical hours. The Licensed Clinician has the ability to create a schedule that works best for their needs and receives on-the-job training. Duties and Responsibilities:
Accurately assesses and documents clients presenting problems, history, symptomology, mental status, diagnosis and prescribes initial interventions in a timely manner.
Facilitates groups for the Women's Empowerment Program at the facility and in the community.
Lite Case Management.
Meets with clients of the Women's Empowerment Program to assist in developing specific, realistic, and measurable treatment goals and objectives.
Conduct diagnostic assessment services and substance use disorder evaluations in order to identify client needs.
Orient clients to North Community Counseling Centers clinical programs, policies, procedures, and phases of treatment.
Determines appropriate milestones to gauge client progress.
Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs.
Updates and maintains accurate client documentation.
Participates in community and internal activities.
Communicates needed information respectfully and clearly with clients, providers, and staff.
Abides by and has knowledge of agency confidentiality policies and HIPPA rules.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Active LPC LSW LPCC LISW
Bachelor's degree in social work, clinical counseling or a related field required.
Social work or professional counselor licensure required.
Previous experience in social work or counseling
Strong documentation skills and ability to use electronic health record system

The Flock Specialist is responsible for supporting and maintaining all aspects of the barns and ensuring the health and welfare of the poultry. This role involves performing a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled poultry-related tasks according to specific instructions and established routines. The Flock Specialist must adhere to all State and Federal regulations, including but not limited to FDA, USDA, SQF, and OSHA standards. Work is subject to general supervision through inspections and review of results.
Essential Job Functions
Ensure the fair and ethical treatment of livestock, maintaining the highest industry standards.
Follow all procedures as outlined by USDA, FDA, and other Federal, State, and local government agencies.
Check and maintain feeders, waterers, and other poultry care equipment.
Clean poultry houses, pens, feeders, water devices, and egg transfers.
Keep and check records on poultry mortality, feeding, and other flock information.
Walk up and down rows to fix egg jams and replace burnt-out light bulbs.
Remove dead birds from cages and assist with blitz traps.
Clean water and feed areas at the front and back of barns.
Blow off egg collectors and sweep all walkways; shovel pits as needed.
Maintain proper lighting and ventilation for poultry.
Catch loose birds and ensure all equipment and facilities are well-maintained both inside and outside the barn.
Perform related work as required and other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Must be able to lift 50 lbs, reach, bend, twist, and lift above the head. Must be agile and able to work in various climate conditions.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Any equivalent combination of training and experience will be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual
High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
Varied farm work experience or previous flock experience preferred.
Work Environment
The role involves working primarily in barns, which requires managing and maintaining the facilities both inside and outside. This includes performing physical activities such as reaching, bending, twisting, and lifting above the head. The Flock Specialist will work in various climate conditions and must be prepared to handle tasks in different weather scenarios. Flexibility is required as the role demands working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
