What You Bring to the Table 2-5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Background in estimating commercial construction projects. Experience estimating JOC project strongly preferred. Proficiency with estimating and project management tools like Office 365, Procore, Bluebeam, and E4Clicks. High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Construction Management, Finance, or related field preferred.
