Reports to VP, Trade Operations
Objective: Scale and Optimize performance for key accounts.
Responsibilities:
Manage Trade Channels (TC) performance toward the goals by implementing changes to bids, intent testing, filtering and traffic routing
Work with Account Executives to understand Trade Partner goals and requirements for Advertisers and Publishers
Exclusively manage specific key Advertiser and/or Publisher channels
Identify best combinations of advertiser campaigns and publishers for Trade Channels
Create trade strategy (model) based on a combination of their and our objectives
Closely Monitor each TC and campaign carefully to make sure they are performing within the model and optimizing toward the goal
Manage Trade Analysts to gather deeper performance data to improve performance
Mitigate any sudden adverse changes in performance such as spikes and drops
Test strategies with new trade channels based on new publishers.
Identify scaling opportunity with well performing trade channels
Manage correct classification for publishers and their sub channels.
Monitor and provide feedback on sub channel performance to AE or directly.
Manage API performance with bid strategy, sub channel micro-bidding.
Provide recommendations for Advertisers and Publishers so that they can improve performance and/or Scale via AE, or directly as needed
What you will be doing:
- Design and implement trading strategies within the cryptocurrency markets, including developing, deploying & managing market making algorithms for cryptocurrencies
- Provide quotes to and execute trades with OTC counter parties.
-Drive increased trading volume to OTC Desk by understanding clients' liquidity needs, proactively identify ways for high and low touch execution services to meet those needs, and provide client support for execution and liquidity.
-Execute & improve trading systems for implementing algorithmic crypto trades
-Work closely with firm leadership to identify and execute upon opportunities within the crypto trading space that enhances operational efficiency and processes.
-Develop and share a deep understanding of market-structure, fundamental trends and regulatory considerations in the cryptocurrency markets.
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in electronic trading, with a focus on cryptocurrency
-Crypto OTC trading experience
-Strong knowledge of the digital assets/crypto markets
-Strong technical skills with ability to use advanced technologies to deploy & manage trading strategies
-Ability to make decisions under pressure and work in a high paced environment
-Profitable track record in the crypto trading space
-Self-started with the ability to work independently but within a team environment
-Strong command in both English, Mandarin Chinese, both written and verbal
Possess strong sense focus on control and responsibility
