Pros of working at Tradesmen International

Going from a really good company that was dismantled to tradesman because they refused to pay wasn't my fist choice

Cons of working at Tradesmen International

Don't expect any support from the office expect to be under scrutiny and threatened to fired every time someone gets the work they want out of u and unreasonably approaches u for a response they can send to the office ... Lots of drugs lots of broken people and lots of injustice for it's employees ... We are not heard we are taken advantage of and we are ultimately the result of any wrongdoing that comes out of the volatile situations we are sent in to and our communities pick up on the fact they can treat us like trash with no accountability and many of us turn to drugs alcohol and addiction to cope

Tradesmen International benefits

Nothing really all perks or benefits offered are out of reach any vacation is like a carrot on a string ment to motivate u but your ultimately terminated before you can achieve that goal These guys don't answer their phones they ignore calls for help and have a deep routed desire to fire you simply because it means their in control ... I'm sure if corporate looked in to some of my claims regarding either company there'd be some issues and I'm sure the private investigator looking in to this is just informing and and passing on information to benefit themselves ... I'm a very calm guy very supportive and positive .. but u hit a point where u gotta handle things ur self because your not getting any help from anyone and it's an endless call center loop ... Experiences may very I've been doing the temp thing for 15 years so there is a target on my back and there are people working against me to prove this isn't a viable career path ment to give u freedom

What do you like best about Tradesmen International's CEO and the leadership team?

I'm not going to personally speak on the CEO and leadership .. I will speak on the experience I've had with people that answer the phone from corporate 🤙 very friendly very helpful

How would you improve Tradesmen International's culture?

Unfortunately the lack of leadership and enforcement of employees rights has created culture that doesn't stick with just the company ... we're all getting treated like sht by unhappy people dealing with a multitude of different issues and ultimately we are disposable human beings because the type of injustice or abuse is very personal

How did you prepare for the Tradesmen International interview?

I was referred because the company I worked for that was restricted during covid couldn't pay me on time accurately and basically committed tax fraud by misrepresenting my taxes to the IRS by 20k .. I was honest about the situation stated a few concerns and requests and shortly after hiring they fell through on all of those agreements and started aggressively pursuing me as an issue to obtain contracts .. they do Also do job site visits and undermine former employees to place more people .. It may be different around the rest of the country .. But in the Pacific Northwest it's pretty wild .. Honesty is key to everything u do without that you're only undermining yourself people do care and don't let what happens kill u like it is me

How does your compensation at Tradesmen International compare to the industry average?

It's decent but the more they pay the more spite u deal with

What's the diversity at Tradesmen International like?

I see it I just believe negligence and no accountability for tradesmans clients regarding abuse and threats to employees only exasperates the situation to a level where it becomes a criminal issue ...

What brings you the most joy at Tradesmen International?

My coworkers ... Watching people achieve a Sense of accomplishment and walk away proud of what they were able to do together after starting as complete strangers ...I believe this will change our world we just need to all get onboard with the direction we want to go
