I am a resource allocator with over 20 years of experience managing company resources. I shepherd company resources, analyze company resources, and plan for future needs. In addition, I zero in on key metrics that define success and allocate available resources to best improve those metrics.

I am a team builder: I’ve built and managed back-office teams that enable front-office teams to focus on pleasing the customer. I’ve built product development teams that make products customers love. I’ve even built the recruiting teams that find and land these great team members.

I pride myself on my fairness and integrity. I believe in communicating expectations, leading by example, treating people as individuals and doing the right thing--even the hard things.
