Professional Engineer (PE) or PTOE certification (or IMSA certification) highly desirable. Minimum of 5 years' experience in transportation engineering or related discipline. At least 3 years' experience managing public sector engineering projects and teams. Proven experience working with PennDOT or other public agencies in the region. Proficiency in tools such as Synchro, SimTraffic, VISSIM, AutoCAD, MicroStation. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
