Salary Information The starting pay is between $44.68 to $48.01 per hour (approximately $92,900 to $99,800 per year), depending on experience, plus excellent benefits. You will also receive a $1.00/hour add-on for licensure. An 18-month probationary period is required. Pay for current or former state employees is set based upon the rules that apply to compensation for the applicable transaction.
