  • Make sure passengers get on and off safely on the trains at each and every stop.
  • Ensured all safety guidelines were followed during passenger boarding, de-boarding and en-route.
  • Attend staff monthly staff meetings and trainings.
  • Help stock and set up the Coach Cars, Sleeper Cars, and the Lounge Car.
  • Provide information about facilities, entertainment options, and rules and regulations.
  • Provide great customer service skills to all our passengers on board.
  • Greet customers and assist them with guest services.Assist the conductors and ticket agents.
  • Work independently with minimal direct supervision.
  • Provide patient care to adult and adolescent psychiatric patients at a state psych hospital.
