Summary:
The Accelerated Commercial Experience (ACE) Trainee is responsible for completing an intensive rotational training and development program that provides employees with a fast-tracked opportunity to gain broad exposure to multiple areas of business within the Electrical Distribution industry. This is accomplished through a series of diverse assignments, projects, and classroom training. * Warehouse/Logistics - Spend time learning the logistics of the warehouse. This can include filling customer orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping material
* Sales - Complete several sales rotations focused on inside sales, outside sales, counter sales & other specialty sales as determined by region's business. These sales rotations will encompass customer service skills, product knowledge, sales skills, and savviness with digital tools
* Operations - Identify levers that impact profitability, understand safety & facility maintenance protocols, use tools/data available to make sound business decisions, understand the trade working capital and customer service effects of maintaining a healthy inventory
* Project Management - Gain hands on project management experience by establishing and owning the relationship with the customer, sales, and vendors, placing orders, tracking shipments, billing the customer, and maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the project. Learn how to review bid packages and formulate project quotations
* Energy Solutions - This rotation is focused on quoting lighting project (both retrofitted and new construction), performing lighting audits geared towards providing a cost savings solution to the customer, designing lighting layouts, prospecting electric vehicle (EV) & datacom opportunities, and consulting as an overall energy expert in the field
* Gain knowledge on the Automation business through a series of shadowing opportunities and prospecting opportunities to sell automation services packages to customers

Requirements
Conducts a self-assessment of skill levels related to Substance Use Disorder Professional practice, collaborating closely with the Clinical Supervisor to strengthen identified areas and complete necessary training hours for SUDP certification.
Provides individual and group counseling services to individuals enrolled in programs at THS and/or its affiliates.
Ensures service documentation is counter-signed by a certified SUDP.
Serves as a leader or co-leader of therapy groups.
Performs intake interviews/assessments as required, providing ongoing evaluation of individuals through the collection and synthesis of bio-psychosocial information.
Develops and implements treatment plans and concurrent treatment plan reviews reflecting the participant's perspective.
Ensures prompt, accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notations, and preparation of treatment contracts, letters, referrals, and discharge summaries.
Adheres to established THS policies and procedures.

Complete THS Relias trainings, as assigned

Minimum Requirements:
Current involvement as a student and/or trainee in the process of becoming a Substance Use Disorder Professional, with proof required at the time of hire.
Associate Degree in Social Services/Sciences or related field from an accredited college/university OR two years' experience in counseling, case evaluation, staffing presentations, and record keeping.
Must meet standards for qualifications as a Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee per WAC and possess the SUDPT credential. Documentation of training and education necessary to meet and maintain qualified status is required, including the date of qualification as a SUDPT.
Must have knowledge and experience in chemical dependency, family dynamics, and counseling.

* Mask (as necessary) and pre-clean parts for processing using solvents and aluminum soak cleaners.

Position Summary:
Sea Mar's Behavioral Health department is seeking a full time Substance Use Disorder Professional or Trainee (SUDP/T) for their Lakewood Behavioral Health Clinic. This individual is responsible for providing direct counseling services to patients. The counselor is the agent for providing services to patients in a one-to-one or group format, performing assessments, evaluations, and intakes. Services are provided to adults, youth, and their families. These clients have a primary diagnosis of chemical dependency and may also have emerging mental health problems. Applicants are expected to subscribe to the disease concept of chemical dependency with the belief that total abstinence is required for ongoing recovery from alcoholism and other drug addiction.
The person in this position will be required to follow other instructions and to perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Counselor will understand the services at the organization follow a client-centered model with emphasis on integrated care.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the
patients served.
Provides screening and evaluation of individuals and refers them as needed to other
treatment/service programs as are available in the facility and in the community.
Provides individual and group counseling for persons in the process of discovering and dealing
with drug related problems and emerging mental health issues.
Implements problem oriented records system, Federal/State/County reports, patient surveys,
and submits on a monthly basis to Program Manager.
Maintains professional standards and follows the treatment policies and procedures of the
facility, and of the federal, state, and local regulations, especially WAC 388-805 requirements.
Has a thorough working knowledge of appropriate WAC, and RCW's.
Prepares current patient progress reports and completion notices and provides them to the
courts, probation departments, families and referral sources when appropriate.
Conditions of Employment:
The person in this position shall have no history or evidence of alcohol or other drug misuse for a period of three (3) years immediately prior to the date of employment at the facility, and no misuse of alcohol or other drugs while employed at Sea Mar.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before clients or employees of organization.
Must be able to perform a minimum of 40 face-to-face encounters per week. If less than 40 per week, then must meet a minimum of 85 direct service hours per week.
Education and/or Experience:
For Trainee, must have completed all the classes required to become a Substance Use Disorder Professional and must have completed all the practicum hours required by the State Department of Health to become a Substance Use Disorder Professional. Must have current Substance Use Disorder Trainee Registration with the State Department of Health.
For Professional, Must possess an associate's degree, and the required certificate that qualifies them to be a Substance Use Disorder Professional. Must hold an active SUDP license from the Washington State Department of Health.
Must have at least three years' experience relevant work experience.
Must have and maintain First Aid, CPR, and HIV certification throughout employment.

Works with caregivers in understanding and ensuring that individualized care plans are followed and providing the Director of Nursing Services or other care planning staff with specific information, changes and observations of the residents' needs and preferences.
Follows the ADLs of each individuals care plan attending to the individual needs of residents including assistance with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, incontinent care, toileting, colostomy care, prosthetic appliances, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, communicating, or other needs in keeping with the individuals' care requirements.
Provides care that maintains each resident's skin integrity to prevent pressure ulcers, skin tears, and other damage by changing incontinent residents, turning, repositioning immobile residents, and applying moisturizers to fragile skin.
Protects the personal belongings of each resident including eyeglasses, dentures, hearing aids, furnishings, jewelry, clothing, memorabilia, etc. Promptly reports missing items according to established policy.
Performs various tasks assigned by the Director of Nursing Services, or trainer, including vital signs, residents' weights, applying creams/ointments, collecting specimens, as well as lifting, moving, and transporting residents, using proper body mechanics or lifting devices for accident prevention, once learned.
Keeps records documenting care provided or other information in keeping with policies while performing all job responsibilities in accordance with the policy and procedures including standard precautions, thorough hand washing, use of gloves where indicated, and proper disposal of soiled materials.
Communicates and interacts effectively and tactfully with the resident, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.
Follows standard precautions and safe work practices, established fire/safety/disaster plans, risk management, and security, report and/or correct unsafe working conditions, equipment repair and maintenance needs.
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
A high school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Current First Aid and CPR card
Maintain current food handlers card
Pass a criminal background and fingerprint check
Demonstrates basic computer knowledge and ability with an aptitude to learn company applications.

Position Summary
SIHB understands the importance of growing a workforce of culturally attuned substance use disorder (SUD) professionals. This SUD Trainee position allows those that have completed their required SUD training to gain direct experience and accrue the hours required for independent practice under he direct clinical supervision of SUDP identified by Behavioral Health leadership. The SUD trainee and their clinical supervisor will perform clinical functions together until clinical competencies are documented sufficiently to allow you to perform them independently. In accordance with WAC ************, the requirement states that monitoring and signature of clinical supervisor be on all written documents that are entered into patient charts.
