Position Responsibilities
Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools
Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatuses, and components using testing equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of the breakdown and correct the problem
Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components
Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, as well as ensure compliance with codes
Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous
Maintain current Electrician's License or identification card to meet governmental regulations
Support Superintendents and Electrical Foremen to ensure jobsite safety and security

* The incumbent performs routine, standardized assignments in support of counterintelligence collections activities and provide routine CI Functional Services.
* Assists higher-level personnel who are performing projects in order to develop competence and expertise. Assignments will progress in difficulty as experience is gained.

To qualify at the GG-05 level, you must meet the criteria specified below:

* Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher at time of application. A GPA of 3.0 or higher must be maintained throughout the duration of the program; and
* Maintain a full-time student status (as defined by your university or college) through October 2027.
To qualify at the GG-07 level, you must meet the criteria specified below:
* Completion of 4 academic years of post-high school education leading to a bachelor's or equivalent degree (expected graduation date of May 2026 or earlier); and
* Enrolled as full-time student in a graduate program for Fall 2026; and
* Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher at time of application. A GPA of 3.0 or higher must be maintained throughout the duration of the program; and
* Maintain a full-time student status (as defined by your university or college) through October 2027.
Students who successfully complete the Summer 2026 Cohort may be considered for participation with the Summer 2027 Cohort, pending educational qualification status. Students graduating prior to October 2027 from their current college/university must intend to continue their education and be enrolled as full-time students through October 2027. Proof of this enrollment and full-time status will be required prior to returning for the Summer 2027 Cohort.

Essential Job Functions
* Analyzes the job ticket to determine the appropriate setup procedure to meet schedule requirements. Start- up approval and verification is required on all new jobs and line items per the folder gluer inspection status card in each ticket.
* Verifies that the barcode scanners are operating properly at the beginning of each shift. Tests scanners throughout the remainder of the shift by crossing out the barcode on a glue flap and confirming that the carton is rejected by the scanner.
* After logging into the job ticket and performing the make ready, goes through the start-up checklist on the folder-gluer inspection status card and initials it.
* Pulls one carton every two cases and inspects for skewing, fiber tears, and other quality checks. Verifies sufficiency of glue on seams.
* Keeps required records and prepares necessary labels and forms to identify cases. Verifies production counts. Verifies accuracy of all information on labels, rough tags, and certificates of compliance.
* Stacks corrugated boxes containing finished product on skids and puts the labels on each corrugated box.
* Initials the job ticket and all other required forms upon completion of the gluing operation.
* Performs the line clearance procedure after each carton run and picks up and destroys all foreign cartons. Lubricates and cleans gluer as needed.
* Trains and directs the work of the gluer assistants assigned to the line.
* Responsible for housekeeping of the gluing area.
* Performs routine and preventative maintenance on all assigned equipment.
* Responsible for timely and accurate completion of all ISO forms and quality checks for each job.
* Performs job duties in accordance with all federal, state, local, and company safety rules.

Qualifications
* Must have high school diploma or G.E.D.
* Minimum of 1 year experience operating a folder-gluer.
