Please note: This position is only available to participants in our workforce development program. Workforce Trainees will be temporary employees of CEE for a 14 week period earning $18.50/hour working an average of 35 hours per week. Benefits will include 40 hours of PTO. During the first week, Workforce Trainees will continue to refine their skills and practice techniques such as setting up a blower door, auditing, and air sealing.
