After training you will be able to:
Plumbing inspections and consultation: Support plumbers in conducting general inspections to determine maintenance needs in residential settings to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes.
General maintenance: Learn to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, such as drain cleaning, repairing leaks, water heater repair and replacement, and other preventative maintenance.
Customer interaction: Develop customer service skills by assisting with client interactions and addressing their concerns professionally.
Safety and compliance: Adhere to all safety standards and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment. Identify potential safety hazards and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.
Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate records of services performed and parts used. Document inspection findings and prepare detailed reports for management and regulatory agencies to review.
Training: Participate in on-the-job training and attend workshops to develop plumbing skills and knowledge. Continuously educate and train to stay updated with the latest plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications:
1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience. Experience with in-home, consultative sales is a plus.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Good communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills.
Physical ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
Current and valid driver's license in the state in which you will be working.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Receive specimens for testing; evaluate specimens and test orders; determine priority of work and batches to maintain acceptable turn-around-time; recognize unacceptable and unusual specimens and handle appropriately.
Work with a variety of instrument and software platforms including Hamilton/Nimbus automated extraction instruments, Immunoassay chemistry analyzers, LCMS Instrumentation, and Data Review through a cloud-based software system.
Adhere to SOPs while performing extractions and analysis on client samples, quality control samples and proficiency samples.
Maintain, calibrate and clean instrumentation; perform scheduled/routine maintenance and critical function checks; recognize significant changes in instrument function; troubleshoot as indicated.
Follow quality control rules; monitor controls for error detection and take corrective action; maintain laboratory records, maintenance logs, quality control logs, reagent and standard logs, and worksheets.
Evaluate raw and final data for accuracy (Immunoassay and LCMS); recognize and correct errors and unusual results (individual patient as well as paired sets of patients); interpret results to produce a final report; use GDP in all documentation.
Deliver accurate high quality patient care while maintaining efficiency.
Follow a proactive approach to assay performance and instrument performance to prevent downtime and delay of reporting results to clients and patients.
Evaluate, use and/or prepare laboratory reagents, standards and quality controls according to established department standard operating procedures and established timeframes.
Participate in the instruction and training of others; demonstrate and/or explain the testing process to others or observe the testing process as performed by others.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology or meet local regulatory (CLIA & State) requirements
Previous clinical laboratory testing experience is not required
ASCP certification is preferred

Qualifications
The Air Force Civilian Service is pleased to announce the Air Force Premier College Summer Intern Program. Students in their junior year of a full-time baccalaureate program will be able to apply for a full-time paid summer internship lasting 10-12 weeks during the summer session prior to their senior year. Any individual who meets the following may apply for the DHA Post-Secondary Student Program:
(1) Currently enrolled, and in good academic standing in a full-time program, at a public or other non-profit institution of higher education; AND

The team consists of an EHS Manager who oversees the Arizona, Utah and Nevada region and is located in the Phoenix Lab (the largest Labcorp laboratory in the West, and an EHS Director providing support to all team members at Phoenix and across the West and Mid-America divisions.
Internship Assignment Summary:
Assist in in maintaining EHS Programs at Phoenix, Arizona
Assist with internal EHS Audits
Conduct walkabouts in all departments ensuring compliance with compliance applicable regulatory requirements
Write up observations and present them to EHS Manager to help minimize EHS related risk
Education/Qualifications/Skills:
Working towards a bachelor's degree in science or Technical Field of Environment, Health and Safety
Ability to work effectively with various internal colleagues
Communication and organizational skills of a high standard
Special Factors:
As part of the role, there would be a requirement to wear protective equipment that could include respiratory protection and other similar PPE
Immunizations and screenings may be required
