Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: * Identify customer's termite problems and have knowledge of termite behaviors and habits to determine remedial steps * Perform termite treatment services safely and according to company guidelines and standard practices * Applying anti-termite treatments to structures according to schedule, safety procedures and label instructions. * Communicate to the customer critical conditions that are conducive to termite activity discuss procedures and structural modifications, which may be supplemental to treatment process * Verifying that job specifications are appropriate for each work order * Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment * Completing production forms documenting services provided * Interacting with customers and explaining services provided Essential Job Functions: * Tolerate a variety of environmental conditions, including seasonal weather, damp and/or dusty locations * Prepare the job site for treatment * Enter and exit structures and crawl spaces; climb over and on top of structures; ascend and descend stairs and ladders * You need to be comfortable working 20 feet up on a ladder along with working in small confined spaces. * General laborer, carpentry, cement, roofing, gutter and attic experience is plus * Ability to work on a roofs and high areas * Lots of moving around - regularly sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling, up and down stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and poles * You'll need to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), like an OSHA-compliant respirator, and you'll need to be okay with regularly working in confined spaces, narrow aisles, or passageways (anywhere the critters live) What do you need? * Clean shaven face- for safety reasons (rebreathers have to be able to seal your face) * High school diploma or GED * Must pass pre-employment background screen * Valid driver's license/clean driving record (Company vehicle and gas card provided) * At least 1 years of customer service, experience in termite control is a plus * Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn * Be flexible with working hours, Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed * Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations (covered by us) * Basic math skills - add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
