Summary:
The Accelerated Commercial Experience (ACE) Trainee is responsible for completing an intensive rotational training and development program that provides employees with a fast-tracked opportunity to gain broad exposure to multiple areas of business within the Electrical Distribution industry. This is accomplished through a series of diverse assignments, projects, and classroom training. Successful program completion could lead to placement in a commercial role which opens doors to several career paths, including sales, project management, operations, procurement, marketing, and more.
What You'll Do:
* All rotations are a value-add to help us transform and grow our business and professionally develop you. Participants will complete various rotations in the following disciplines:
* Warehouse/Logistics - Spend time learning the logistics of the warehouse. This can include filling customer orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping material
* Sales - Complete several sales rotations focused on inside sales, outside sales, counter sales & other specialty sales as determined by region's business. These sales rotations will encompass customer service skills, product knowledge, sales skills, and savviness with digital tools
* Operations - Identify levers that impact profitability, understand safety & facility maintenance protocols, use tools/data available to make sound business decisions, understand the trade working capital and customer service effects of maintaining a healthy inventory
* Project Management - Gain hands on project management experience by establishing and owning the relationship with the customer, sales, and vendors, placing orders, tracking shipments, billing the customer, and maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the project. Learn how to review bid packages and formulate project quotations
* Energy Solutions - This rotation is focused on quoting lighting project (both retrofitted and new construction), performing lighting audits geared towards providing a cost savings solution to the customer, designing lighting layouts, prospecting electric vehicle (EV) & datacom opportunities, and consulting as an overall energy expert in the field
* Gain knowledge on the Automation business through a series of shadowing opportunities and prospecting opportunities to sell automation services packages to customers

The Developmental Assessment Postdoctoral Trainee would focus on psychological assessment, including initial diagnostic evaluations as well as second opinion evaluations as needed for CCS clients using a variety of diagnostic tools including measures assessing intellectual, behavioral, and adaptive functioning in a manner that is consistent with clinical best practices for CCS. The Developmental Assessment Postdoctoral Trainee is integral in all aspects of diagnostic assessment including preparing and administering assessment protocols, summarizing the client's functioning including a DSM-5-TR diagnosis where applicable, providing feedback to the client and their family, and providing a comprehensive written to include in the client's medical record.
The Developmental Assessment Postdoctoral Trainee is a Full Time, Monday-Friday 8:30-5pm position, designed for the Postdoctoral Trainee to accrue 2,000 hours of supervised clinical postdoctoral training in the area of developmental assessment, with a focus in developmental disability diagnostic evaluations. On a weekly basis, Postdoctoral Trainees receive a minimum of 1 hour direct individual supervision by a licensed psychologist, in addition to a minimum of 3 additional hours of supervision consisting of additional individual supervision, group supervision, and/or didactic instruction. Class Concept
The Police Officer Trainee applicant is someone who is interested in becoming an Officer but has not yet completed the Police Academy. An applicant who is hired as Police Officer Trainee is sponsored by the Police Department to attend the Police Academy. While attending the Academy, the employee is considered a temporary employee who may be released at any time. At present, the Academy runs approximately six (6) months in duration. When the employee completes the Academy, they are sworn in as a Police Officer for the City and begin their Field Training.

The Mental Health Associate/Intern will provide on-site mental health services to formerly homeless children and their families living in permanent supportive housing in Pleasant Hill. The position can be part or full-time depending on your needs. Individual supervision, group supervision and training are all provided. Associates provide services in an on-site play therapy room, in family homes and in the community. Some evening and occasional weekend hours will be required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Support formerly homeless children to reach their full potential (75%)
:
Provide milieu-based mental health services to
individual children
living in permanent supportive housing who are experiencing emotional challenges. Many of these children may be receiving EPSDT (Early and Periodic Screening Diagnosis and Treatment) services.
Provide on-site individual and group mental health therapeutic services to children.
Assist in delivering on-site parenting support groups to families.
Collaborate with case managers and the youth enrichment coordinator to provide support for individual children and their families, using a team approach. Assist with staff supervision of volunteer programs and community activities delivered to families served by CCIH. These may include evening and occasional weekend commitments.
Work with other staff members to provide community resources for families and individuals, such as social and health related activities, life-skills and employment support, and youth enrichment.
Stay on top of the paperwork and administrative details to keep the program running (15%)

Complete accurate and timely EPSDT chart notes for all services provided to children who are assigned under this contract.
Meet individual EPSDT contract goals for hourly billing, including averaging a minimum of 10 - 12 hours per week (depending on work schedule) of direct service to clients who are assigned under this contract.
Assist the services team with appropriate clinical documentation, including progress notes, service delivery documentation, reports, and forms.
Continuously improve your skills and work with team members and community partners to provide excellent services (10%)
Participate in weekly group and individual supervision, using that time to work on developing therapeutic skills and clinical knowledge, as well as exploring growth opportunities as a mental health provider.
