This position is an entry-level developmental role and will report to the Corporate Environmental Department. The candidate will be involved in providing support and assistance for Bunge's environmental management initiatives and activities. This position will have the opportunity to learn and develop under the guidance of the industry's leading environmental professionals with an excellent opportunity to develop a wide spectrum of skills, leadership development and career advancement within Bunge. After initial assignment of 18 - 24 months of structured development, the candidate will be evaluated for promotion to another Bunge position as it becomes available.
Main Accountabilities:
* Support the development and monitoring of environmental management activities (e.g., compliance, performance metrics improvements, procedures, guidance, etc.)
* Assist with updating Bunge environmental standards to promote a Best-in-Class environmental compliance program with a focus on eliminating environmental incidents and non-compliance events.
* Coach Bunge personnel on environmental standards and procedure interpretations.
* Participate in conducting environmental training for plant personnel, contractors and visitors.
* Support environmental sustainability.
* Assist with environmental permit applications (e.g., air, waste, water, storm water).
* Participate in environmental audits and inspections at facilities to ensure compliance with internal environmental standards and procedures and regulatory requirements, identify deficiencies and assist in the development of corrective actions.
Education & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, chemical engineering, or closely related field required
* Prior internship or other environmental experience preferred
* Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills required
* Good working knowledge of PC applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint

About This Job
Are you ready for an adventure? This is an opportunity to be part of a focused development program designed to launch successful careers in Commercial Banking. This position is focused on preparing you to be a successful and productive Commercial Banker in one of Commerce Bank's high growth expansion market in Nashville, Tennessee & Grand Rapids, Michigan.
During the program, you will spend approximately one year embedded with our Corporate Commercial Banking teams in our St. Louis headquarters while also residing in that city. Additional time may be required depending on the applicant's prior education and experience. Once you've completed the program you will be transferred to our Nashville or Grand Rapids expansion market.
You'll work alongside our commercial banking teams and bank executives to help our customers solve their everyday financial needs. Don't have commercial banking experience? Don't worry. Essential Functions
+ Participate in cross-functional rotations across various business lines to leverage and develop leadership skills while also gaining an understanding of the commercial bank and commercial payments solutions
+ Attend community and business functions, participate in networking groups to ensure a positive image for the bank and grow key networking with contacts in the marketplace
+ Collaborate with commercial banking teams and product partners to identify prospective clients' financial needs and add value through a full range of products and services
+ Support the comprehensive management of existing commercial relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
+ Facilitate credit requests, including loan structuring, negotiating/pricing, collateral, ensuring adequate loan documentation, and analyzing industry/credit risk

What will you be doing at Woodard & Curran?
The successful candidate will operate our water treatment plant, and related equipment, by taking responsibility of the operations and maintenance in their everyday tasks. You will participate in on-call rotations that may include weekends, holidays and times of inclement weather, to respond to emergency situations.
Responsibilities include: Assists in the daily operations of the water and/or wastewater treatment facility directed by the Chief Operator.Assists in operation of assigned treatment, mechanical and electrical equipment and other similarly related facility components and equipment.Performs assigned tasks to ensure efficient operation of treatment systems, and will serve as an integral team member with the project staff and management.May be required to perform maintenance duties not limited to troubleshooting and repair of pumps & motors.

I started my career with enterprise holdings in June of 2021. Um so at this point I have been here a year. I started as an intern, a summer intern. I was in college ready to start my senior semester right at the end of the summer internship, I was offered a full time position. I did accept the offer and asked to stay on throughout the school year. So I basically extended my internship Through the school year and when I graduated in May of 2022 I became a full time management trainee. E. And I will be going for my M. Q. I. Next month in order to become an assistant manager. I'm so excited about that. What has kept me here is the people I love working for enterprise and the family friendly environment that comes with it. Everybody here just as a team at all times. Intern will work with natural resource managers along the Mississippi River for the US Army Corps of Engineers at the Rivers Project Office, consisting of 49,000 acres of public lands including rivers, lakes, wetlands, prairies, and bottomland forests. This internship will have a blended habitat and vegetation maintenance focus.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
The intern will be responsible for greenhouse maintenance as well as environmental education and developing partnerships. The intern will also focus on habitat restoration activities including invasive species management, woody encroachment removal, native plant seed collection, and planting.
Greenhouse Maintenance - The Rivers Project Greenhouse is a new facility located at the Riverlands Migratory Bird Sanctuary in West Alton, MO. It will be utilized to grow native plants for habitat restoration. The greenhouse will prioritize pollinator plants and prairie restoration and will also serve as a hub for partners through the Great Rivers Pollinator Habitat Partnership (GRPHP). The intern will primarily assist with regulating greenhouse environmental controls and irrigation, germinating and transplanting seedlings, monitoring plant health and growth, and general upkeep of the greenhouse.
Education and Outreach - The greenhouse will be utilized by the Rivers Project and our partners for environmental education and outreach. Intern will assist with educational programming and outreach activities including greenhouse tours, coordinating with GRPHP partners and projects, managing outreach tabling at events, and developing outreach materials.
Habitat Enhancement - The Rivers Project manages thousands of acres of prairie, wetland, and forest habitat. This includes planting thousands of native plants annually to enhance and restore habitat for wildlife. The intern will assist natural resource managers with planting activities as well as seed collection, cleaning, storing, and stratifying for greenhouse propagation. Intern will also assist with maintaining a demonstration pollinator garden adjacent to the Riverlands Greenhouse.
Invasive species removal - Invasive plants are invading grassland and wetland habitats on Corps lands. The intern would assist with mechanical removal of various plant species using mowing, disking, hand pulling, digging, and cutting as well as chemical removal through herbicide treatment.
Forest Resource Monitoring and Management - The Rivers Project forestry team focuses on big-picture forest management actions in the big river floodplain. The intern will assist and gain experience in forest management and monitoring activities such as timber stand improvement (TSI), stand walks, reforestation monitoring, permanent plot monitoring, and forest inventory.
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age.
Must possess and maintain valid driver's license.
Possess good verbal and written communications skills.
Physical ability to navigate uneven terrain and work outdoors during adverse conditions such as heat, cold or rain.
Must be physically able to carry weighted equipment such as backpack sprayers, chainsaws, or backpack blowers for prolonged periods of time during field work.
Must have the physical ability to spend time bent over or crouched for such field activities as invasive weed pulling or seed collection.
Must not be averse to irritating plants or insects.
Knowledge of GIS/GPS data collection and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
The intern should have moderate knowledge of habitat management practices, restoration ecology, horticulture, maintaining a greenhouse, and plant identification. The intern will also gain experience managing a greenhouse, working with local, state, and federal partners, and restoring and enhancing prairie, wetland, and forested habitats.
