    Job Description John Geigle Branch Wellness Trainee Rate of pay: $14.00/hr - $14.50/hr Shift: Varies. Under the direction of the Wellness Director/Coordinator and consistent with the mission of the YMCA of the Suncoast, the Wellness Trainee will work towards meeting all requirements of the Wellness Floor Coach position within 60 days from hire date. During that time, if scheduled to work in the wellness center they will meet and greet members, and assist members by referring them to the appropriate staff members for specific training needs. Educate and enforce operational guidelines and regulations with all members. Maintain all weight training equipment and keep facilities organized and clean.
