JOB SUMMARY AND PURPOSE Under the clinical supervision of a 2 year post Licensed Clinician and the operations supervision of the Program Manager, the Trainee Clinician will learn basic skills of assessment, documentation, individual, family, couple and group sessions, confidentiality, ethics and boundaries, diagnosing, trauma informed care, CBT and other theory approaches.
