Summary:
The Accelerated Commercial Experience (ACE) Trainee is responsible for completing an intensive rotational training and development program that provides employees with a fast-tracked opportunity to gain broad exposure to multiple areas of business within the Electrical Distribution industry. What You'll Do:
* All rotations are a value-add to help us transform and grow our business and professionally develop you. Participants will complete various rotations in the following disciplines:
* Warehouse/Logistics - Spend time learning the logistics of the warehouse. This can include filling customer orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping material
* Sales - Complete several sales rotations focused on inside sales, outside sales, counter sales & other specialty sales as determined by region's business. These sales rotations will encompass customer service skills, product knowledge, sales skills, and savviness with digital tools
* Operations - Identify levers that impact profitability, understand safety & facility maintenance protocols, use tools/data available to make sound business decisions, understand the trade working capital and customer service effects of maintaining a healthy inventory
* Project Management - Gain hands on project management experience by establishing and owning the relationship with the customer, sales, and vendors, placing orders, tracking shipments, billing the customer, and maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the project. Learn how to review bid packages and formulate project quotations

Candidates with an SUDP-t credential, within 6 months of meeting all certification requirements, to sit for the SUDP examination are preferred.
Must maintain compliance with all applicable state regulations and credentialing requirements.
Coursework in addiction treatment, counseling techniques, ethics, and co-occurring disorders required.
Associate's degree preferred.
Experience working within American Indian and/or Alaska Native communities preferred.
A valid driver's license is required when driving vehicles for work-related purposes.

The SUDP(T) Clinician will function as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing recovery-oriented, person-centered care at Recovery Place Seattle/Kent Inpatient Services. The Clinician will deliver SUD treatment services to inpatient residents, utilizing a harm-reduction approach and evidence-based practices in accordance with ASAM criteria and Valley Cities' policies and practices. They will provide SUD assessments, individual and group treatment, education groups, crisis services and relapse prevention along with treatment and case management services to patients who have a substance abuse disorder diagnosis. The SUDP(T) will ensure a strong recovery environment, person-centered wellness, and integrated care to meet the person's individual needs while assuring that appropriate treatment services are provided. The SUDP(T) will work with program managers to assure quality clinical services and contract performance through direct clinical work. Pay Scale is based on fully licensed. $32.31-$42.02 Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee: $27.71-$35.75 Located: Seattle, WA Essential Job Functions • Work with managers to implement evidence-based SUD practices, including patient centered care, harm reduction and abstinence base practices. • Conduct assessments, referrals, urinalysis, groups, and individual treatment • Facilitate treatment groups, relapse prevention groups, and harm reduction groups in accordance with WACs and RCWs. • Be comfortable working with individuals who suffer from a Substance Use Disorder and Mental illness by providing education and empowering clients to meet SUD treatment goals. • Work with multi-disciplinary care team members including mental health and medical providers, as part of a comprehensive therapeutic environment, to assess and address patient issues throughout the workday. • Collaborate with clinical and residential staff to identify and support residents' goals. • Provide feedback to clinical staff regarding residents' policy adherence and progress toward goals. • Mediate and/or de-escalate resident conflict as needed. • Assist residents in safety planning. • If employed at Inpatient program, must assist as needed with de-escalation and restraint of clients in the event of assaultive behavior and pass assault crisis/crisis prevention training and maintain current certification (CPI). • Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Education: • Current certification by the State of Washington Department of Health as a Substance Abuse Disorder Professional or Trainee • Must be able to provide highest education upon hire. (High School Diploma required, Associates or Bachelor preferred) Experience • Understanding of and familiarity with addiction, withdrawal, and treatment resources for recovery. • Pass required background checks. • Ability to work independently and as a team member. • Willing to work evenings. • If recovery from alcohol/substance use disorder, the person must have been clean and sober for at least two years and be working on personal recovery program that is verifiable and documented at the time of hire. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Familiarity with issues related to homelessness. • Ability to maintain strong professional boundaries. • Understanding of Trauma-Informed Care principles and service provision. • Good communication skills, teamwork, and attitude. • Multicultural awareness. • Ability to adapt and flexibility. • Available to work shifts on short notice.
