The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and assessing training programs for faculty and staff at the Howard Community College to effectively utilize the college's ERP system. This position works within the Information Technology department to help functional area end-users understand system functionality, features, and best practices, enabling them to perform their roles efficiently and accurately.
Essential Role Responsibilities
Training Development and Delivery
* Design, develop, and update training materials, including manuals, guides, videos, and presentations, tailored to the needs of various user groups.
* Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for faculty and staff on ERP system modules (e.g., student information, HR, finance, etc.).
* Facilitate hands-on workshops to enhance end-user familiarity with the system.
* Manage ERP training module access through partnership with user Director of AIS and department leadership
* Development and maintain user learning plans by department and role through collaboration with user department leadership.
Needs Assessment
* Collaborate with college departments to identify training needs and customize programs accordingly.
* Conduct skill gap analyses to align training materials with users' knowledge levels.
Technical Support
* Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on the ERP system to answer user inquiries and troubleshoot system-related issues.
* Partner with the Technology Service Center to resolve user challenges during and after training. Communicate planned and unplanned changes with Technology Service Center.
System Updates and Communication
* Stay updated on ERP system changes and upgrades, ensuring training materials reflect the latest functionality. Attend regional and national conferences to maintain this currency.
* Communicate system updates, tips, and best practices to end-users regularly. Develop and maintain online materials for this communciation.
Documentation and Reporting
* Maintain comprehensive training records, including attendance, progress, and feedback. Work closely with Human Resources to develop these trainings within the college's Professional Development program.

* Work closely with the ERP vendor to understand system functionality and incorporate best practices into training.

We are looking for a friendly and outgoing part-time Museum Learning Specialist to deliver museum programs and experiences for young children (birth through age 10) and their families to support the museum's initiatives and mission. The Learning Specialist supports, facilitates, and engages visitors through both Public and Groups Programming implemented in the museum and the community.
This position offers up to 29 hours per week. The scheduled hours will be adjusted according to the need and scheduling of public and groups programming, and at least one weekend day per week will be required. Participation in special events, evening, weekend, and holidays will be necessary.
Starting pay for this position is $18.50 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Go4Healthcare is in search of certified athletic trainers for Alexandria Public Schools, Alexandria, VA. The successful candidate will handle athletic training services, evaluation of injured athletes, rehabilitation of injured athletes and running and managing their ATR.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain overall Sports Medicine program for the School, including injury prevention programs, injury evaluations, injury and concussion management, injury treatment and rehabilitation for student-athletes;
- Provide athletic training services for the athletic department, including attendance at scheduled team practices and home and away competitions as necessary;
- In coordination with the team physician, review pre-participation physical examinations and coordinate medical referrals for student-athletes to determine their ability to practice and compete;
- Manage the Athletic Training Room including medical inventory and budgetary items, and maintaining clean, professional, and welcoming environment;
- Assist the Athletic Director with determining safety and medical concerns for athletic events, emergency action planning, and enforcing school policies and protocols;
- Evaluate and recommend new techniques, equipment, and policies that would enhance the benefit of the sports medicine program;
- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation using Healthy Roster.
The Ideal Candidate has:
> Preferred Education: Master's degree from a CAATE accredited Athletic Training Program
> Certifications Required: BOC certification required | VA state licensure
> Experience: 2-5 years as an athletic trainer preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply!

Job Description
The training specialist will provide expertise to draft and finalize training documentation, provide classroom support, and present training materials to a large audience. Perform and provide guidance to more junior contractor personnel involved with systems and equipment training. Analyze training problems to identify training needs. Design, develop and conduct training. Evaluate training outcomes and revise materials based on student and customer feedback and operational scenario accuracy.
The Training Specialist Level 2 shall possess the following capabilities:
Brief military and agency personal while conveying operational concepts
Develop and improve training plans and curriculum based on feedback
Perform inspections of training programs and personnel to ensure compliance with Government policy
Draft and finalize training documentation, provide classroom support, and present training materials to a large audience.
Education/Experience
A minimum of nine (9) years of electrical engineering or computer science experience that demonstrates a working knowledge of basic electronics, SIGINT systems, and computer systems. Experience should include designing and developing instructor-led and/or web-based training courses and associated materials, including slides, diagrams, student guides, practical activities, and assessments.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience with VHF, UHF, RF theory, radio wave propagation and characteristics, radio equipment and antennas.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience with wireless communication technologies
such as: GSM, CDMA2000, UMTS, LTE, and WiFi
Bachelor's Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Education, Liberal Arts, or similar degree or equivalent (four years) documented combination of training and experience.
Salary: $110,000-$125,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position, but is not guaranteed. Salary is based on experience, location and contractual requirements which could fall outside of the range listed.
