Where is the work:

What You Will Do:
* Document standard operating procedures of the training center and its maintenance
* Prepare training plans, replenish training materials, and coordinate trainers and training room schedules
* Oversee salary and hourly employee training records across the entire plant, including notification of refresher training

Description: Contingent upon contract award, CGS's Training Coordinator will lead our training team in support for the 101st Airborne Division's "Screaming Eagles" Network University (SENU).
Essential Functions:
Our Training Coordinator (TC) will manage all contract requirements in support of the Screaming Eagles Network University (SENU) with progressive courses, including a 5-day basic course, a 5-day intermediate course, and an 8-day advanced course.
Our TC will schedule Tactical Communications Systems (TCS) training, logistical coordination, lead our team, manage Government Funded Equipment (GFE), facilitate and conduct briefings and meetings, and other administrative tasks pursuant to the execution of this contract.
Required Education and Experience:
BA / BS degree in Computer Systems or related IT field required; graduate degree preferred.
Must possess a current DoD Secret security clearance; Top Secret preferred.
Must have current CompTIA Technology +, CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA Security+ certification.
Must have 7 years of computer experience in information systems design and management.
Proven experience in planning, troubleshooting, and maintaining servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Subject matter expertise with 10 years' experience in military tactical communications systems (TCS) management and have formal training in the discipline from either a military or Civilian school in tactical communications systems management.
Previous instructor experience desired.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:
The Athletic Trainer will be assigned specifically to designated units at the brigrade (BDE), battalion (BN), or company (CO) level. The Athletic Trainer's services may be provided in the following locations: fitness centers/gyms, BDE/BN/CO or administrative areas, outdoors, ranges, field training environments, and at the Soldier Performance Readiness Center (SPRC). The work includes providing forward musculoskeletal (MSK) care, early medical intervention, injury prevention (IP) and performance optimization services. Any medical treatment provided by the Athletic Trainer is subject to the supervision of a privileged government healthcare provider. The location for the performance of duty is under the control and direction of the resourced unit BDE Commander in coordination with the Installation Assistant Contracting Officer Representative (ACOR).
The primary focus of this position is to optimize individual and unit physical readiness and ability to perform warrior tasks and battle drills required for the BDE's mission. The physical readiness is defined as availability for deployment and task-specific performance. The Athletic Trainer will work as part of the Holistic Health and Fitness Performance Team to develop a comprehensive, periodized education and services program integrated and synchronized with the battalion (BN) training calendar. Success is determined by the ability of the BDE to perform its combat mission.
The Holistic Health and Fitness concept is vastly different from a clinical setting. The Athletic Trainer will be embedded at the BDE level. Most work will be performed in a military training environment (i.e., fitness centers/gyms, BDE/BN/CO or administrative areas, outdoors, ranges, field training environments, and at the SPRC). The Athletic Trainer shall not be deployed outside of the Continental United States (OCONUS) or to support long duration training events in remote locations such as the National Training Center (NTC)/Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC). The Athletic Trainer will be required to observe BDE and below (i.e., BN, CO, platoon, squad, team) specific training events (e.g., shooting range, obstacle courses, combative training areas). Minimum Requirements
Degree: Bachelor's Degree.
Education: Graduate from a college or university accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE). Passing score from the BOC for the Athletic Trainer. National Provider Identifier (NPI).
Certification: Unrestricted state license/registration/certification in any of the 49 regulated states, the District of Columbia, or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands to provide health care within the scope of practice for Athletic Trainers per state practice acts. Athletic trainers will be required to obtain in-state licensure as part of the onboarding process.
Experience: Two years of relevant Athletic Training work experience within the last three years. Experience working with active populations (e.g. military, high school, collegiate, professional sports, performing arts, occupational health).
Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship.
Credentialing: Ability to pass background check and drug screen. Current physical and immunizations.
Physical Demands
The role is dynamic and on-site, requiring adaptability in a fast-paced and multifaceted environment.
