Duties/Responsibilities: Must be able to work a minimum 15 hours per week based on clinic needs Provide RBT services and training to new RBTs based on current need Host onboarding training and recertification for RBTs/trainees Coordinate training development and ongoing support to increase clinical quality across HBH Host training for HBH recertifications, and new certification classes Provide training for ABA providers as needed to improve and maintain quality of care Monitor and update training tracker, communicate with HBH ABA providers to maintain their active status of credentials Manage training calendar and assist with troubleshooting credential errors Maintain training records including attendance, assessments, etc . Duties/Responsibilities: Must be able to work a minimum 15 hours per week based on clinic needs Provide RBT services and training to new RBTs based on current need Host onboarding training and recertification for RBTs/trainees Coordinate training development and ongoing support to increase clinical quality across HBH Host training for HBH recertifications, and new certification classes Provide training for ABA providers as needed to improve and maintain quality of care Monitor and update training tracker, communicate with HBH ABA providers to maintain their active status of credentials Manage training calendar and assist with troubleshooting credential errors Maintain training records including attendance, assessments, etc .
