The general responsibilities of the Athletic Trainer will include but will not be limited to, the domains set forth by the National Athletic Trainers' Association which encompass the “prevention, examination, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of emergent, acute or chronic injuries and medical conditions.” In accordance with Florida state licensure, the Athletic Trainer will provide athletic training services to student-athletes under the direction of a supervising physician.
