Preparing training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.
Creating and executing tests to measure employees' comprehension of the trained subjects.
Monitor employee performance and response to training.
Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and recommending improvements.
Keeping abreast of training trends, developments, and best practices.
Performing administrative tasks such as maintaining employee training records, scheduling training for multiple Business Units, and coordinating enrollment.
Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.
Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions for new hires and transfers.
Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically.
Track and report training data.
Provide opportunities for ongoing development.
Resolve any specific problems and tailor programs as necessary.
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices.
Maintain training rosters company-wide.
Education and/or Work Experience
Required Education
High School or Equivalent
Preferred Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Coursework or concentration in adult learning, instructional design, or training & development.
Professional Certifications (Optional but valuable)
ATD (Association for Talent Development) - Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) or Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD).
SHRM-CP / PHR (HR certifications with training focus).
Certificates in eLearning Development, or Training Delivery.
Experience
2-4 years of experience in training administration, HR development, or related role.
Experience in a corporate, technical, or manufacturing environment preferred.
Knowledge and/or understanding of mechanical systems, including the assembly, repair, and diagnostics of industrial valves, rotating equipment and automation & controls.
Prior experience developing e-learning modules and/or using Learning Management Systems.
Proven work experience as a training coordinator, trainer, training facilitator or similar role
Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
Proven ability to master the full training cycle

V2X is seeking Skilled Leadership-Training-Program (LTP) Coaches/Mentors (Brigade and Battalion levels) to work under the direction of the Senior Coach. Responsibilities include coaching, teaching and mentoring Brigade staff, Battalion commanders, Battalion staff, and relevant enablers across the Warfighting Functions through the Military-Decision-Making-Process (MDMP) and using appropriate doctrine.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Understand and be proficient in Army current doctrine.
Proven ability to coach/teach/mentor Brigade and Battalion staff members through the MDMP.
Past tactical experience at the BDE and BN level having successfully served in the position you will coach.
Current in Army Doctrine for Large Scale Combat Operations (LSCO).
Working knowledge of current NATO doctrine for Brigade and Battalion operations.
Capable of conducting After Action Reviews (AAR) for BDE staff elements, BN CDR and staff and other enablers as required.
Possess complete knowledge of MDMP, able to instruct each step, and provide over the shoulder coaching with current and relevant TTP's.
Familiarity with current warfighting technology to enable and facilitate coaching at the BDE and BN level.
Knowledgeable on Army and Joint Doctrine to include regulations, policy changes, terms, tactics, techniques and procedures used in DATE operations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Possess a U.S. Passport.
Able to travel overseas on relative short notice for a period of 2-3 weeks.
Able to work non-standard schedules based on mission requirements that include extended hours and/or weekends.

Able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Knowledge, skills & abilities:
Experienced Certified Personal Trainer with previous experience instructing medium- and large- boot camps.
Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics so as to assess and provide necessary guidance in regard to functional training for women during pregnancy as well as to members recovering from illness or injury and improve repetitive motions or offer alternative to endurance and/or strength training activities.
The ability to pass a Boot Camp Strength and Conditioning Assessment

Assists the child/youth and family with accessing strength-based mental health, social services, educational services, and other supports and resources required to assist the family to attain its vision.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a social, human services, or behavioral sciences field required. Bachelors degree in other fields will be accepted with a minimum of two years of full-time experience working in relevant family, children/youth or community service capacity.
Relevant alternative experience may substitute for the bachelor's-level degree requirement in individual cases, subject to approval by the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH). Master's degree preferred.
Previous experience working in a relevant family, children/youth, or community service capacity required if degree is in a field other than human services. Obtain wraparound practitioner certificate within 2 years of hire date. Must maintain certificate once obtained, including being re-credentialed annually.
Must be capable of extensive travel and driving. Must be able to provide 24-hour, 7 day a week on-call crisis intervention to youth. Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes some nights and weekends. Ability to transport youth, volunteers, and others.

As a Personal Trainer, you'll be more than just a coach-you'll be a motivator, mentor, and game-changer for our members.
• Lead & Energize - Coach both one-on-one and group training sessions, bringing high energy to every workout.
• Assess & Personalize - Evaluate clients' fitness levels, goals, and health history, creating tailored programs that deliver results.
• Educate & Inspire - Teach proper exercise techniques, ensuring safe, effective workouts that build strength and confidence.
• Track Progress - Monitor client performance, adjust programs as needed, and celebrate their wins.
• Create a Community - Build strong relationships with members, offering ongoing support and motivation.
What You Bring
• A certified personal trainer (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, etc.) or currently in the process of obtaining certification.
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in personal training or group fitness coaching (preferred).
• A passion for helping others succeed and a natural ability to motivate and inspire.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills-you can command a room and lead with confidence.
• A deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles.
